Job Function:
• Oversee the execution of fabrication, construction, hookup and mechanical completion of the structure and facilities.
• Coordinate activities of Site Safety Advisor and technical and inspection personnel.
• Monitor and appraise contractor construction activities and performance.
• Determine corrective actions needed in order to meet project objectives and work to have these implemented.
• Coordinate interfaces and interactions with contractors and subcontractors and with operations and drilling personnel on site.
• Report progress, performance, initiatives, issues and challenges to Site Manager.
Responsibility and Duties:
• Promote safety awareness and safe performance among project team members, including consultants and contractor personnel.
• Provide input to and review development of contractor s detailed plans to complete the work
• Monitor and appraise contractor s performance and recommend corrective action to be taken where deficiencies ate detected verify actions are taken.
• Coordinate resolution of production and technical issues with appropriate company and contractor resources on and off-site.
• Establish, implement, and maintain mechanical completion verification plan and process.
• Ensure appropriate Material Handling and working Environment reviews are carried out at site and that findings are resolved and implemented by contractor.
• Liaise with on-site Operations, Drilling and functional personnel regarding planning and implementation of fabrication, construction and mechanical completion activities.
• Participate in lesson learned reviews and provide input to close-out report sections upon completion of work.
• Administer the execution of the contract, including interpretations to the contract.
• Reviews change request and change assessments in accordance with managemenet of change plan.
• Provide input to appraisal process for assigned site personnel.
Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills And Experiences:
• BS / MS in Mechanical.
• BS/MS in Engineering.
• 5-10 years experience.
2. INSPECTION LEAD SPREAD
Job Function:
• Assure that required inspection methods are performed proper;y, including DFT, Holiday testing, etc. Monitor mixing & applications of coatings by contractor. Maintain daily log or activities.
Responsibility And Duties:
• Oversee inspection of piping and welding activities conducted at contractors and sub-contractors facilities.
• Coordinate with other structural and piping inspectors.
• Review original material certificates for compliance to codes and specifications.
• Ensure testing, measuring, welding and NDE equipment is fully calibrated and has current certification.
• Ensure storage and user of welding consumables is per manufacture s recommendations and full certifications.
• Review Contractor s field inspections and test reports.
• Verify Contractor, subcontractor Quality Management systems, plans, procedures and processes are in place.
• Implement Cepu project Construction Surveillance Program.
Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:
• Working knowledge of :
√ Piping and pressure vessel codes and quality standards (E.g.AWS D1.1, CSA B51, ASME Section III, ASME B31.3, and ISO 9001).
√ Piping fabrication methods.
√ Welding processes and NDE techniques including evaluation methods.
√ Piping, Isometrics and shop drawing.
• Through understanding of applicable Cepu Project specifications.
• Trained to authorize work permits (e.g. hot work, confined space, etc).
• Good Oral and written English language skills.
• Well versed in safe work practices.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in multiple languanges.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years experience in inspection of piping systems on major onshore construction projects.
3. E&I INSPECTOR
Job FOB Function:
• Oversees, inspects, evaluates, and comments on E&I work performed by the Contractor and sub-contractors to insure that the work is being executed in accordance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements. Facilitates effective execution of E&I related activities that align with the project s, goals, objectives, and procedures. Assures accurate and timely communication among the Project Team on civil activities, progress, and issues.
Responsibility and Duties:
• Oversee E&I related construction activities (conduit installation, cabling, terminations, testing, etc…) performed by the Contractor or sub-contractors in assigned coverage area.
• Read and understand project design drawings and documents in order to obtain specific knowledge of project work scope.
• Ensure that all E&I related activities are performed safely and in compliance with project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all required E&I related inspections are performed properly.
• Maintain daily log of activities.
• Facilitate communication of civil related project execution issues the Project Team.
• Communicate with the Contractor and sub-contractors to ensure that the work is executed in accordance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and assess deviations to Contract Technical Specifications and regulatory requirements; ensure that such deviations will be processed according to project procedures; maintain Deviation Control Log.
• Assist in stewarding E&I queries from the Contractor and sub-contractors as well as technical information requests.
• Keep Project Team informed of E&I progress, deviations, and execution concerns.
• Provide input on contractor performance such as worker capabilities, training, qualifications, and staffing levels.
• Assist the Project Team in obtaining E&I related contract documents, including those referred to in the job specification.

4. SHE&S SAFETY COORDINATOR
Job Function:
Coordinate field level SHE&S programs and activities
Responsibility And Duties:
- Safety Responsibilities:
• Work with company and contractor s site management and Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) organizations to implement site safety programs.
• Advise site team (company, contractor, and subcontractors) of company, contractor, and local authorities’ safety requirements, regulations, expectations, and best practices.
• Coach and advise contractor and subcontractors to establish, communicate, and implement safety expectations and initiatives; monitor and stimulate execution with contractor s safety policy, rules, and procedures; and monitor conformance with project and site safety execution plans and implement improvements where appropriate.
• Collect and analyze data on safety initiatives and performance for reporting to project and functional management.
• Identify and assist with prioritization of opportunities for site safety process improvements.
• Be the focal point in the field for guidance to the Onshore Site Construction Manager on Incident Management (including A&D testing, organizing investigation teams, and determining initial incident classification.
• Organize and direct the activities of the Company on site Safety Team.
- Health Responsibilities:
• Promote health issues awareness.
• Implementation and stewardship of project health plans onsite.

Responsibility and Duties:
• Overall control on review and approval of different levels of schedules presented by EPC contractor.
• Review and approve contractor s project control procedures to ensure that company s requirements are met with.
• Review contractor s progress reports for accuracy of progress measurement.
• Prepare and compile monthly progress report for submission to the management.
• Work with the project control manager and control lead for day-to-day project activities like preparation of manpower forecasts, various reports and presentations to the management.
• Prepare summary level pre-EPC/EPC Schedules as part of the bid documents for upcoming projects.
• Review and comment on schedules & project control procedures being submitted by different bidder s as part of the bid evaluation process.
• Assist PMT in meeting RGEE expectation as requires, especially RGEE element 4 (Information & Documents) and 7 (management of change)
Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, And Experiences:
• Bachelor/Master of science in engineering.
• Good written and oral communications skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work with others.
• 10 years of project experience related to major oil & gas EPC projects, including 8 years in project scheduling and project controls.
• Proficient in the usage of PRIMAVERA (P3) / MS PROJECT /ARTEMIS – Project Planning Software.
