1. General Manager
Skills Required :
- Age between 45 - 50 years
- Min. University Degree preferably in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Geophysic and Reservoir Engineering
- Experience in Managing Exploration and Producing blocks with minimum 10 – 15 years in Oil & Gas
- Extensive experience in Management engineering/maintenance/site/field construction in the Oil and Gas Industry
- Strong commercial/contractual knowledge and experience
- General Management experience
- Knowledge of business practices and working/social culture in Indonesia, have good knowledge of the onshore and offshore oil and gas markets
- Knowledge and experience of Health and Safety systems and commitment to leading through example
- Good communication and reporting skills, good presentation Skills, and proficient in English (oral, written and presentations)
- Risk & Opportunity Aware, a good Negotiator & Communicator, a natural Leader - able to coach and get the best out of reports
- Collaborative & Team Based, looks for Best Practice and Continual Improvement

2. Sr. Geophysicist
Skills Required:
- Age between 40 – 50 years
- Min. University Degree in Geophysicist
- Minimum 15 years experience in Oil Exploration onshore/offshore
- Previous experience as Sr. Geoscientist or Exploration Manager
- Experience w/ geoscience software : Geographic, Petrel, etc
- Experience should include well site geology and sequence stratigraphy
3. Sr. Drilling Engineer
Skills Required:
- Age between 35 - 40 years
- Min. 15 years experience in Exploration & Development Drilling
- Previous experience as Sr. Drilling or Drilling Manager
- Experience in well design, well program, preparation of AFE is a must
- Experience primarily onshore, while offshore drilling is considered an advantage
- Experience in mud-engineering & under balanced drilling is an advantage
4. Reservoir Engineering
Skills Required:
- Age between 35 - 40 years
- Min. University Degree in Petroleum Engineering
- Minimum 10 years experience in Development & Production
- Petrophysics/Log interpretation (including software) experience
- Experience in rehabilitation and production increase of old fields is an advantage
5. Sr. Surface / Production Facilities Engineer
Skills Required:
- Age between 35 - 40 years
- Min. University Degree in Petroleum Engineering
- Minimum 10-15 years experience in Oil and Gas Field Development
- Experience in design, cost estimate, construction of oil and gas field, field O&M
- Rehabilitation and EOR of old fields is an advantage
6. Production Engineer
Skills Required:
- Age between 28-40 years
- Min. University Degree in Petroleum Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in : Oil Production Engineering
- Familiar with: Computer (PC), Artificial Lifting Programs (HJP,ESP, Pumping Unit, Gas Lifting), Production Facilities Design and Operation, Workover and Well Service Design and implementation.
7. Production Supervisor
Skills Required:
- Age between 25-30 years
- Min. University Degree in Oil Production Engineering
- Minimum 8 years experience in: Oil Production Process, Well Production Monitoring (Operation of Artificial Lifting /HJP,ESP, Pumping Unit, Gas Lifting), Pipeline System, Pumping & Procedure, Oil Measuring and Reporting System
8. SCM Manager
Skills Required:
- Age between 40-45 years
- Min. University Degree from reputable university from any major
- Having above 5 years experience in Oil and Gas Company and in the same position
- Must have certification of PTK 007 from BPMIGAS
- Have a good track record and able to do tendering/bidding process referring to PTK-BPMIGAS procedure and certified of PTK 007
- Must have knowledge regarding formalities and inward & outward clearance
- Familiar with logistic operations & inventory management
9. Accounting Staff
Skills Required:
- Age between 25 - 30 years
- Min. University Degree
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience especially in PSC Accounting
- Familiar with system accounting or other software application
- Self motivated and willing to work on overtime less supervision
10. Budgeting & Reporting Supervisor
Skills Required:
- Age between 30 – 40 years
- Min. University Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 -10 years experience especially in PSC Accounting
- Familiar dealing with Government to establish and maintain good relationship as well as with external auditors to ensure that financial statements meet GAAP requirements
- Familiar with WP&B report according to BPMIGAS rules
- Expert in processing company finacial transactions, ensuring appropriate accounting control procedures and preparing accurate & timely financial reports and statements
