We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an international oil and gas exploration and operating company for the following position:

Process Safety Engineer

Responsibilities:
Specialized engineers who look after the integrity of plant from a fluid containment, loss prevention perspective requiring an in depth chemical engineering skills. The role requires an understanding of the process, the equipment layout, the flow regime, regulatory and process safety implications. The Process Safety Engineer will provide specialist expertise in the understanding, assessment and active management of major accident hazards and risks.
Requirements:
• Bachelors of Science in Engineering
• Detailed experience of International Process Safety Standards
• Extensive engineering experience
• Extensive experience with quantitative risk assessment
• Experience of consequence modeling (dispersion, radiant heat, blast)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with writing Technical Reports
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Demonstrate track record of working well with regulatory agencies, leadership, and co-workers
• Experience with plant process operations
• Experience with process plant design
• Experience working on Process Safety Management compliance desirable
Professional Engineering License desirable


Sr. Structural Engineer (Civil)

Job Descriptions:
• The position responsible to a key role in delivering support to projects under development and to the ongoing operations.
• Role includes maintaining the integrity of both onshore structures and offshore structures.
• Has authority in all civil and structural issues within the LNG site.
• Provides engineering support to assure compliance with regulatory requirements and Civil/Structural Engineering expertise to the Project Group and Operations.
• Manages studies in support of Operations and Projects and provide mentoring to less experienced Engineers.
• Make sure compliance with site and corporate standards.
• Regularly reviews corporate Engineering Technical system and where appropriate develop Site Technical system.

Requirements:
• Bachelor s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry is required.
• Min. of 11 years experience.
• Has experience in LNG project and operations will be an advantage.
• From EPC companies are welcome to apply.


Facility Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop manpower planning for facility engineering group compromising multi diciplines engineering such facility engineer, mechanical engineer, pipeline engineer, automation engineer (instrument, control system and PCN engineer) and electrical engineer.
• To drive high quality process/facility engineering expertise for consulting in support of the Operations, Asset Engineering and Maintenance Organization by providing timely and effective solution to COMPANY’S producing assets/facilities.
• Support providing long term study for optimization effort and involved in providing integrated process modeling for optimization.
• To be responsible for managing long term contract support for I&E including subsea control system and Process Control Network support.
• Provide quality support to COMPANY S function supervisors on Process/Facility Engineering deliverable.
• If deemed necessary, will represent Operation to discuss technical matter related to AFE approval to government, etc.
• Support, promote, and develop best practices such as Management of Change, Small project management, Safety system design and HAZOP analysis.
• Participate in small project review, VIP s, the project risk management process and the finalization & selection of the process technology.
• Proactively network with other Process/Facility personnel worldwide to leverage skills and business knowledge. Help in facilitating technical knowledge sharing. implementation.
• Managed and keep integrated facility modeling to ensure sustainability.

Job Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering (chemical/similar) with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil and gas environment.
• Experience in the oil and gas environment in supervisory and managerial capacities for a minimum of 5 years.
• Must have a strong technical background in Process/Facility Engineering.
• Process/Facility Engineering expertise including simulation, safety system design, controls, operation and design, piping and pipeline.
• Ability to work multi nation staff, get past resistance and sustain momentum.
Interpersonal skills that result in teamwork, influence, trust and strong relationships.
• Has good mentoring and facilitation skills.
• Active participant in Knowledge Sharing such P&SO NOE.
