Requirements for this job is as follow:
1.Ability to handle the Data Reconciliation Tools such GERA, SEGMAFINE, and equivalent
2.Ability to built model, add or delete units, tanks, meters,…….
3.Generate certified daily plant wide reconciled mass balances
4.Provide sound data for an integrated plant information system.
5.Checking the pumping sheet of hydrocarbon and petrochemical stream by stream and product by product to insure all the pumping sheet figures already found in the Tool model after the first treatment
6.Ensure the Tool model import the following information from InFusion

3.Generate certified daily plant wide reconciled mass balances
4.Provide sound data for an integrated plant information system.
5.Checking the pumping sheet of hydrocarbon and petrochemical stream by stream and product by product to insure all the pumping sheet figures already found in the Tool model after the first treatment
6.Ensure the Tool model import the following information from InFusion
§ Process Flow
§ Reconciled Flow (Process Unit)
§ Sensor Flow
§ Oil Movement Data
§ Tank Inventory Information
§ Ticket Flow Information for the Day
7.Review imported data for completeness by listing the areas with major observable discrepancies
8.Liaise with relevant department to collect more data to understand the discrepancies and to execute the mass balance
9.Reconcile the plant information using the imported data and information from other sources
10.Check whether the model is balance within tolerable deviations (No red colored streams in GERA (Gross error Free). And in case the model does not balance within tolerable deviation the following should be done:
§ Check whether all the available information is taken into consideration in those areas or not
§ In case of any missing information in the model insert the data into the model manually and re-run the reconciliation
§ Liaise with concerned department to close the balance
§ Rerun application to ensure reconciliation
11.Validate the results and export the validation values to InFusion and then view the reports in InFusion if the result are satisfactory then validate the results in InFusion and if not cancel validation in model and start reprocessing GERA
12.Ability to solve troubleshooting may we face.
13.Notify proper area to issue work orders for suspected flow meters identified by the model
