- 10 years experience in Sales or Marketing with successful track record
- Strong knowledge in smart substations, smart grid solutions, metering, & sensing systems, power equipment, and understand utility practice
- Good exposure to utility and industrial customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationships/team building. Must be a team builder and team player.
- Customer orientated and growth mindset
- Proactive work style, creativity, energetic, self-motivator, who keeps current with industry trends and knowledge
- Excellent negotiating and closing skills
2. Sales Engineer
Objectives:
Develop, manage and execute a growing and profitable market position working with the Indonesia sales team
Requirements:
- Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent, with minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales/business development role in the Pipeline or Oil and Gas industry, exposure to PPI market is a plus
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate commercial, marketing & technical information to all levels
- Willing to travel extensively
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
