We Urgently required for qualified experienced people with strong interpersonal skill with adventurous and high-spirit capability to fill recruitment as follows
1.COMPANY SITE REPRESENTATIVE
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S-1) in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or equal with 10 (ten) years of experience in Pipeline and Piping Construction Projects.
• Experienced in pipeline construction.
• Familiar with Pipeline Design and Construction Code (ASME B31.8, and ASMR B31.4 at minimum)
• Familiar with Work Permit and Construction Procedures and having good safety awareness.
• Significant responsibility in multi-discipline teams or projects.
• Pro-Active and possessing good leadership, good communication and social skills, healthy, and ability to control.
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Having good understanding in HSE matters.
• Having good knowledge of project management aspects, including scope, resources, cost, quality, communication, risk and procurement management.
2.DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
• Diploma on Secretarial or Administration (D3)
• Typically 2 (two) years relevant experience in Project Documentation.
• Pro-Active and possessing good leadership, good communication and social skills, and healthy.
• Fluent in spoken and written English
3.SENIOR BUILDING SUPERVISOR
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Typically 8 (eight) years relevant experience in similar field. Oil and Gas experience is an advantage, and having attended HSE Training (e.g. Basic HSE Training, HIRA Training, Accident Investigation Training, etc) is also an advantage
• Pro-Active and possessing good leadership, good communication and social skills, and healthy
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Significant responsibility in building construction projects.
• Ability to perform Quantity Surveying, Topographical Surveying, Inspection and Test Witnessing.
• Possessing general Understanding in Mechanical/ HVAC & Electrical WORKS
4.SENIOR BUILDING M&E SUPERVISOR
• S1 or D3 Degree in Electrical Engineering with strong knowledge of Building HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning) and Mechanical works.
• Minimum 4 (four)years extensive experience in the equal position for S1.
• Minimum 6 (six) years extensive experience in the equal position for D3
• Oil and Gas experience is an advantage, and having attended HSE Training (e.g. Basic HSE Training, HIRA Training, Accident Investigation Training, etc) is also an advantage
• Pro-Active and possessing good leadership, good communication and social skills, and healthy
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Significant responsibility in building construction projects.
• Computer literate (MS-Office and MS-Project)
• Ability to perform Quantity Surveying, Topographical Surveying, Inspection and Test Witnessing.
• Possessing general Understanding in Mechanical/ HVAC & Electrical WORKS
5.COMMISSIONING MANAGER
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree S1 in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Physics Engineering, or equivalent.
• Typically 10 years of relevant experience in commissioning works in Oil and Gas industry, with a minimum of 1 (one) year of experience as Commissioning Team Leader within Oil & Gas installation projects.
• Significant responsibility in multi-discipline teams or projects.
• Good understanding in Brown Field Installation Projects.
• Very good understanding in OPERCOM methodology and ICAPS.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
