THE ROLE:

This is a contract position based with a very profitable Houston operator working as a completions/operation engineer for GoM shelf. We are looking for a highly skilled engineer who can perform design work, write procedures, who is highly analytical and can liase with different departments for a common goal to maximise production and effectiveness.. This is not a deep water role but all offshore experience is welcome.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
To break it down day to day…
• Write completion procedures
• Design shelf completions
• Reporting on well test results and liasing with office based design engineers
• Health and safety and risk assessment
• Performance reports
• Post operation close
• Completion related contract tender preparation, bid evaluation and contract management (in conjunction with Global Supply Chain).

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 10 years completions experience and 5 offshore
• An engineering degree
• Proof of highly analytical work and background
