DONATA SERVICES INDONESIA is recruiting professionals for our client: a major Engineering contractor (Oil & Gas) in Nigeria. We are recruiting experienced talented people to be position as:

1. SUPERINTENDENT CRANES (Code: SC)
a. Five (5) years experience as onshore/offshore crane operator.
b. Shall have a minimum of 5 - 10 years working experience in Oil and gas Industry for Offshore projects.
c. Operation of deck cranes, crane tugger winches and deck forklift.
d. Recognized offshore crane operator training course, with specific certification in MANITOWOC CRANES.
e. Willing to be position in worldwide (especially in Africa).
f. A suitable level of operational experience in offshore construction job.
g. Good command in English both spoken & written.
h. Good communication and Interpersonal skills.

2. Crane Operator 3000st/ Big Rig Operator
Nationality : Australian
a. Five (5) years experience as an offshore crane operator up to 1000 Mt capacity
b. Operation of deck cranes, crane tugger winches and deck forklift.
c. Recognized offshore crane operator training course
d. Complete the worksite familiarization program for this position.
e. Current valid medical and survival training as appropriate for the location.
f. A suitable level of operational experience in offshore construction commensurate with the operations of the Sapura 3000.
g. Proficient in English, with good oral and written communication skills
h. Excellent interpersonal skills.

3. Welding Superintendent
Nationality : Malaysian
a. Minimum three (3) years experience in equivalent position.
b. CAD Certificate in Design/ Pipe Fitting/ D.O.L Welding Certificate / Boilermaker/ Welder or any equivalent course.
c. Complete the worksite familiarization programme for this position.
d. Current valid medical and survival training as appropriate for the position.
e. Formal engineering qualification or a suitable level of operational experience in offshore construction commensurate with the operations of the Sapura 3000.
f. Proficient in written and spoken English.
g. Proficient in Office IT software, i.e. word processing and similar software packages. A good level of practical computer operational skills.
h. Excellent interpersonal communication and reporting skills.
i. Committed to following and promoting a high level of compliance in HSE and Quality standards at the company worksites with ability to lead by example at all times.
j. A proven ability to manage and lead multi disciplined and diverse ethnic human resources.
k. Ability to plan and manage projects and diverse work scopes in an efficient manner.
