Responsibilities:


A. INTO PLANE OPERATIONS
1. Obtain flight schedule of aircraft from scheduling board and confirm with airlines representative on timing and quantity.
2. Carry out product topping-up to the refueller / bowser and check quality of product (QC) to ensure product is free from dirt and suspended water.
3. Handle fueling of aircraft and ensure correct quantity is delivered by operating refueler according to specification and operating standard.
4. Check quality of the product prior to and after refueling operation to ensure compliance to the specification and issue delivery receipt.
5. Confirm and certify product quantity and quality by signing delivery receipt and acknowledged by the aircraft captain or airline engineer.
6. Monitor and ensure right pressure and flow rate of product being transferred into the aircraft tank.
7. Monitor corrective and preventive maintenance on refuellers and other depot equipment / facilities to ensure refuellers and other equipment are in good condition.
8. Monitor to ensure compliance to HSE requirements at workplace in accordance to Law and Regulations.

B. AVIATION FUEL FARM
1. Carry out product receiving operations (via road tankers), check quality and quantity of product according to the standard operating procedure and accountable for the goods receipt.
2. Carry out storage tank dipping daily to facilitate accurate stock counting.
3. Carry out regular testing and sampling on product in storage tanks and bowsers according to standard operating procedure to ensure product compliance to specification.
4. Monitor stock and order for product replenishment to avoid stock out and maintain systematic documentation for ease of reference.
5. Update Delivery Receipt (create order and DN) in SAP R3 system on daily basis to ensure all refueling details (account no, customer, quantity, date and etc.) are timely updated.
6. Maintain cleanliness of the operation area in line with 5S initiative and carry out Monthly Fire Drill to ensure compliance to HSE requirements.
7. Carry out ADO (diesel) refuelling to Aviation customers' vehicles.



Requirements:

1. Certificate from INSTEP or Diploma from recognized institution.
2. 9 years of experience in aviation and fuel farm operation.
