PT. Suluh Ardhi Engineering ( SAE ) is an INDONESIAN EPC Company. We are executing several EPC Project at Tanjung Priok Jakarta, Cilacap Central of Java, and other potential projects. We are seeking for several high caliber self motivated and skilled candidates to fill the following positions :
 
Senior Piping Engineer
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare job execution plan
  • Participate in Project Detail Schedule Review
  • Prepare Piping Engineering Manning Schedule, Piping Master and Detail Schedule, Piping Material Requisition Schedule
  • Prepare Organization Chart and Estimate Engineering Manhours
  • Prepare Piping Engineering Work Forecast and Progress S-Curve Schedule
  • Prepare or Review Job Specification, Standard Drawing Manual
  • Prepare Engineering Work Volume
  • Prepare Design Highlight and/or ongoing Technical Bulletin/Guidance
  • Monitor/Control Engineering Schedule and Progress
  • Control Manning Schedule and Mobilization
  • Control Correspondence Documents and Monitoring of Document Changes
  • Coordinate between Main Contractor and Piping Matter
  • Participate Engineering Meeting
  • Develop Approval Plot Plan (from FEED Deliverable)
  • Review and Approve, all Piping Drawings and Documents
  • Prepare End of Assignment Evaluations
  • Finalize Material P/O Quantity (MR)
  • Schedule quality Audit Activity
  • Solve a problem for Engineering Trouble
  • Prepare and Issue Piping Engineering Close-out Report
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineer
  • Familiarize with international codes and standard such as: ANSI, ASME, ASTM, API, AWWA, MSS, ISA, NEMA, AWS, NFPA, JIS, DIN, etc
  • Familiarize Software stress Analysis
  • Hands on experience in piping stress analysis Calculation using Caesar II will be an advantage
  • Minimum/at least 12 year of working experience in oil & gas or power plant projects
  • Familiar with Piping material
