1. Procurement Senior Buyer/Expeditor (Either Local Indonesian or Expat.)

More than 7 year experience in oil&gas industries &/or procurement activity

Language : Fluent in writing and conversation for English is a must

Required Knowledge and Experience :

- RFQ (Request for Quotation) inquiry process

- Oil and Gas Equipment and Material Market

- Evaluation Process in commercial and technical

- Contractual Terms and Conditions in Purchase Order

- Commercial Negotiation

- Expediting Method in office, vendors site and fields

-Coordination work with Engineering, QA/QC, Construction and Project management

- Export/Import custom process

- International Logistics coordination

2. Logistics Senior Coordinator (Jakarta)

More than 15 years or 5 offshore oil & gas project

Language : Fluent in writing and conversation for English is a must

Certificate : Custom Certificate (PPJK) holder or experience as freight forwarder and custom agent are preferable

Required Knowledge and Experience :

- MIGAS Master List including actual preparation and flow of approval process

- BATAM Master List including actual preparation and flow of approval process

- INCOTERMS

- Oil and Gas Project Material and Equipment

- Calculation of cargo weight and volume

- Custom Tariff code

- Global and Indonesian Geography

- International and domestic sealiner, airline and freighter

- Indonesian Governmental regulation such as...

* Minister ESDM (MIGAS and BPMIGAS)

* Minister of Environmental (Lingkungan Hidup, Quarantine) for ISPM

* Minister of Finance (Tax and Custom)

* Minister of Communication (DEPHUB/PPKA)

* Minister of Commerce (Used Item)

* Minister of Industries (Domestic Products)

* Minister of Justice (Immigration/VISA)

* Minister of Labour (Work Parmit)

* Bonded Zone Regulation

3. Logistics Coordinator (Batam)

Experience 5-10 years offshore oil & gas project

Language : Fluent in writing and conversation for English
