PT. Suluh Ardhi Engineering ( SAE ) is an INDONESIAN EPC Company. We are executing several EPC Project at Tanjung Priok Jakarta, Cilacap Central of Java, and other potential projects. We are seeking for several high caliber self motivated and skilled candidates to fill the following positions :

Piping Designer

Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare information drawing for the basic design to other discipline, such as pipe rack configuration, Loading data, walkway & platform and nozzle orientation
  • Prepare Piping routing drawing and detail drawing
  • Cooperative with flexibility engineer to design critical line
  • Cooperative with support engineer to determine supporting system, and note system (symbol) for production stage. (Note: General design is be designer)
  • Cooperative with schedule to determine schedule based on the priority
  • Detail design layouts to satisfy process requirement from basic sketches and determines best method of illustration
  • Develops equipment layout considering economy, convenience, safety workspace around equipment and case of operating using equipment and criteria specified by engineer
  • Revise drawing with other for quality, accuracy, dimensions and compliance with company and client standards
  • Revise routine as per new rev. of design input
  • Check interference for piping: around civil structure and around vertical vessel
  • Review (in general for: equipment foundation and U/G composite drawing)
  • Accommodate special item such as: orifice, control valve, silencer, PSV, etc
  • Revise routine as per vendor drawing
  • Revise routine as per comment
Requirements:
  • Experience in developing, and prepare for Plot Plan, Piping Layout Study, Isometric, information drawing and MTO
  • For Piping Designer minimum 6 year experience as Designer in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Power Plant
  • Familiar with engineering drawing and AutoCad Software, preferably in 3 D modeling Software of PDSPDMS
  • Result oriented and willing to work in a team
  • Have analytical capability and good interpersonal skill
