An Oil operator based in Malaysia is presently looking for Project HSE Manager.
Summary:
Provide HSE governance and support to project management team throughout all phases of the project to achieve an incident and injury free workplace. Lead the project HSE team to ensure that proper HSE strategies, systems, policies, standards and tools are in place and functioning throughout the project including the implementation of Behaviour Based HSE program and Contractor HSE Management standards. Drive the HSE team to set HSE performance expectations, monitor project HSE performanceand address improvement opportunities including contractors' continuous improvement programs.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
2. Minimum of 20 years experience in oil and gas with 15 years experience in HSE role
3. Experience in facilities construction and hook up and commissioning (HUC)
4. Experience in drilling and production operations is beneficial.
5. Exposure in technical / process safety and execution operation HSE
6. Knowledge of engineering and construction codes, standards and safety practices.
