ENGINEERING JOBS

One of our clients, a Major International EPC Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Planner (Fabric Integrity) to join their team in St. John's, NL.

Responsibilities will include:
Providing work order details, reviewing work instructions and preparing execution packs.
Verifying and attaching material requirements to work orders.
Creating purchase requests, material master forms and identifying bills of material requirements.
Identifying, locating, and making ready all special tools and test equipment required for execution of work.
Verifying materials at the warehouse and advising Material Controller of timing for movement offshore.
Assisting with determining sequence of work orders, assigning trade sets to work order operations, clash avoidance and opportunities for efficiencies in work utilization.
Arranging for contract personnel movement (verification of safety training, medical completion, correct PPE and offshore visit request, job input form and PM02).
Preparing offshore work packages including work orders, permits, drawings, etc.
Support ongoing continuous improvement efforts (eg. Planning, Scheduling and Execution, hour estimates).



Successful candidates should possess the following capabilities/experience:
Inter-provincial Journeyman Technician Painter or Insulator.
Minimum 5 years of related experience in the oil and gas industry including experience with a computerized maintenance management system, preferably SAP.
Previous offshore oil and gas experience is required.
Offshore travel as required.
NACE Level 1 or equivalent preferred.
Good Leadership, communication, and planning skills.
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary integrated team environment.
Continuous improvement and skill enhancement mindset.
