We are a Group Company of General Contractor & Construction in Mining and Oil & Gas. We are looking for suitable candidates who can fill in the position as below:

 
PROJECT MANAGER
Job Description:
1. Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
2. Ensure project efficiency is in line with the established plan in order to meet the expected EBT level.
3. Direct, control and execute the Project by conducting a kick off meeting (new project) with the Project Team, assign duties and responsibilities as detailed in the functional matrix in order to ensure project initial are well managed.
4. Plan and control the flow of work for a mining project, including estimated timeline, supplies and personnel required for completing the project to ensure that projects generate the expected business revenue according to established plan.
5. Prepare, control and implement project budgets, mining schedules, project reporting, project progress assessment, project execution plan, and site P & L to ensure budget are met with operational needs and requirements.
6. Interface and coordinate subcontract activities to ensure that they will support the achievement of project aims and the support of company objectives.
7. Direct, review and analyze client specifications and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated into the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system are understood and implemented.
8. Direct, monitor and utilize company s equipment safely, efficiently, to maintain schedule compliance on planned maintenance and reduce cost as appropriate in order to optimize asset utilization.
9. Plan, analyze and establish detailed cost forecasts, manage variations in order to close out to maximize returns in a timely manner.
10. Direct, control and manage all site statutory permits and approvals as required to proceed with the contract to ensure all permits and formalities are complete and valid.
11. Direct, submit and negotiate claims to settlement as required to ensure that progress claims are submitted and paid in a timely manner.
12. Establish to maintain and manage all stakeholders interests to ensure harmonious and cooperative relationships in industrial relations, community relations and staff welfare/career development in all aspects of the project.
 
Requirements:
1. Min. 10 years professional experience in Mining, out of which 5 years in managerial position.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles, practical mining equipment application and the associated flow of planning and mining project implementation.
3. For assignment in site project (Timika - Tembagapura).
 

DRAFTER
Job Description:
1. Operate AutoCAD.
2. Perform work using standard drawing processes and methods.
3. Develop drawings from sketches provided by Engineers or Designers.
4. Ability to be orientated to all engineering disciplines.
 
Requirements:
1. Min. Diploma degree in Engineering.
2. Min. 2 years experience as drafter in Project of field.
3. Excellent skill in using AutoCad Program and can operate primavera.
4. Good teamwork, hard worker and high motivation.
5. Can work under pressure and tight target.
6. Willing to work in remote area at Timika, Papua.
 

ENGINEERING MANAGER
Job Description:
1. Be fully conversant with the contents of the Project Safety Management Plans (including Environment) and the Company policies on safety. Ensure that Safety topics are discussed with all Vendors/Subcontractors/Consultants prior to the commencement of any engineering/design activities and be vigilant in enforcing the agreed standards.
2. Develop a detailed Engineering schedule to meet the requirements of the Project. Be fully accountable for this schedule and react to any negative movements to ensure the schedule is met.
3. Develop an Engineering/Design Management Plan for the Project that includes the strategy to deliver the work in accordance with the schedule parameters set by the Project Manager. This plan must be maintained and remain relevant to the function during the course of the Project.
4. Resource the Engineering department to ensure that the schedule can be delivered by all disciplines. Develop a back-up strategy to be able to react to the situation where the scope grows or delays begin. Understand the availability of resources or consultants to be able to react promptly to all situations.
5. Interface with the Procurement function to ensure that all Technical Bid Evaluations are completed on time so that the procurement process is not delayed as a result of Engineering in decisiveness. Meet on a regular basis (more than once per week) with the Procurement Manager and plan the resource allocations to ensure schedules are met.
6. Ensure that all members of the Engineering Team fully understand the requirement of the Project and are familiar with the Design Management Plan and are conversant with the commercial constraints of the Project Budget.
7. Establish and maintain effective work relationships with all members of the Project team and offer support to all persons that request support. Pass knowledge onto your team and others in the Project so that the capability of the developed team grows throughout the life of the Project.
8. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the progress of the engineering phase of the Project. Identify areas of concern and the strategy to mitigate the known issues.
9. Establish and maintain a detailed risk register for the engineering function and liaise with the Project Controls and Project Managers to discuss the identified risks on a regular basis.
10. Establish a comprehensive database of all Standards, Codes, and Specifications and ensure that all members of the Engineering Team are familiar with their location and the appropriate use of the information. Keep all reference material updated and current.
11. Establish a rigid Document Control system to ensure that all members of the Engineering team follow the approved procedures. Provide training in the use of the system and ensure that all Vendors/Fabricators submit their documents direct to the leader of the Doc Con function.
12. Establish an efficient Technical Query system to control all TQ s between all partners in the Project. Ensure that all subcontract Vendors/Fabricators adopt the system and it is fully utilized. Manage the TQ system and report weekly the status of all TQ s. Continually strive to reduce the TQ response time.
13. Ensure that inter-disciplinary reviews are conducted for all aspects of the Project. Monitor the IDR process to ensure that the turn-around time for documents is known and the duration is being minimized.
14. Performs administrative supervisory tasks including evaluating employee performance, source necessary skills and resources based on manpower forecasts to provide managerial supports in administrative matters.
15. Establish a Management of Change procedure and educate the Project Team (all departments) about it s appropriate use. Ensure the system is adopted with the use of all subcontractors to ensure that all changes are effectively managed.
16. Provide a support service to the Construction phase by assigning persons to the site team and ensuring that the response time to fields TQ s is minimized.
17. Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements
 
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or Geology.
2. Min. 8 years professional experience in Mining, out of which 3 years in superintendent level.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles , practical mining equipment application and the associated flow of planning and mining project implementation.
4. For assignment in Jakarta and site project (Timika - Tembagapura).
 

SENIOR WATER MANAGEMENT (DEWATERING) ENGINEER
Job Description:
1. Minimize exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations and statutory regulations in accordance with the Safety Management Plan.
2. Responsible for the complete design of each ptp Mine site Water site Management Plan.
3. Monitor and review all water management work and document to ensure all work adheres to international Engineering standards and codes as well as company’s management system.
4. Responsible to work with our PTP Site engineering teams and clients for approval of Water Management Plans including the timely issuing of permits, compensation for sedimentation dams.
5. Responsible for pump & pipe analysis to make recommendations to match the different Mine Site applications.
6. Operate and control water management software packages and evaluate output to suggesting changes and improvement where needed.
7. Provide technical support and technical guidance to associate engineer and personnel in order to conduct transfer of knowledge.
 
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Min. 4 years experience in mining or civil work, specialize in water management (dewatering) or fluid mechanics engineering (pumping of other fluids).
3. Familiar with Mining and Civil Engineering Software.
4. For assignment in Site Area (Papua).
 

ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT
Job Description:
1. Provide leadership and direction to all mining engineering staff to ensure the safest and efficient mining operations to achieve production targets.
2. Assist with the implementation of the BMP system through leadership of technical assistants, production of accurate and timely reports, and troubleshooting problems encountered with the system.
3. Responsible to implement long term mine plans and short term detailed mine execution plans at all levels using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan.
4. Work with Senior Mining Engineer to develop weekly, monthly and shutdown schedules for inclusion in the BMP plans by the Senior Mining Engineer.
5. Implement and manage the mining operations in accordance with the mine plan to achieve production schedules.
6. Prepare timely and accurate information on project progress for inclusion in progress claims and reports prepared by the Senior Mining Engineer.
7. Responsible for the optimization and utilization of mining equipment by the Mining Supervisor to achieve production targets.
8. Ensure smooth coordination between Mining operations and Maintenance to maximize availability and utilization of all mining equipment.
9. Organize, coordinate and manage production meetings internally and with the Client and arrange for distribution of minutes.
10. Monitor and manage the performance of all mining engineering staff.
11. Assist the Mining Engineer to develop and update mine plans and production schedules in accordance with project criteria.
12. Assist the Project manager in promoting the development of teamwork.
13. Promote and develop an open ethical work environment.
14. Assist the Project Manager in the training and mentoring of personnel as required by the Company.
 
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or Geology.
2. Min. 6 years experience in mine planning engineering, out of which 2 years in supervisor level.
3. For assignment in Jakarta and site project (Papua).
 

ESTIMATOR
Job Description:
1. Responsible for evaluating bid specifications and drawings, ensuring that we know everything required to successfully bid and win the project.
2. Estimators must aggressively follow-up with subcontractors to ensure that bids are received.
3. Estimators also work with the Project Management teams to follow-up on bids and budgets to close the business.
4. Prepares cost estimates for residential, commercial and municipal the projects.
5. Prepare and analyze project budgets and spending.
 
Requirements:
• Must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree, Engineering (Civil), Mining or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in specialized construction and mining position.
• Must be self-motivated & punctual.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally.
• Must be professional and polished in appearance and speech.
• Excellent English both oral and written.
• Must know Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Project.
• Willing to be work at Site Area (Papua).
 

HEAD OF MINING OPERATIONS
Job Desc:
1. Plan, direct, monitor and reconcile the technical aspect of the mining operations.
2. Ensure that coal production target are met, analyze and review the system, procedures and equipment.
3. Recommend improvement, review contact, maintain and facilitate clear communication with stake holders and customers with respect to operational capability, performance and resource requirements.
4. Ensure that outstanding HSE&Q outcome is achieved.
 
Requirements:
1. Bachelor/Master Degree in Mining Engineering from reputable university.
2. Must have a minimum 8 years experience in mining company or a mining contractor and at least 3 years experience in managerial capacity.
3. POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) Mining Indonesia competency certificate a strong advantage.
4. Posses in dept-knowledge of utilizing MineScape or similar software.
5. Strong commitment to safety, strong knowledge about HSE/K3 procedure in mining sector.
6. Posses strong proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English and comfortable with use of Microsoft Office.
7. Positions base in Papua but required to travel to Jakarta as necessary.
 

PROPOSAL CONTRACT ENGINEER
Job Desc:
1. Manage several Proposal Preparation simultaneously (USD 10M to USD 1 B contract value of each proposal.
2. Thoroughly reviews Request for Proposal to develop Proposal Plan.
3. Establish a proposal plan with Proposal Leader and meet schedule deadline requirements.
4. Coordinate with related persons to prepare Technical and Commercial bid documents.
5. Ensure Proposal Preparation Milestones activities and Control Documents are executed on schedule.
 
Requirements:
1. Min 5 years experience in the engineering and construction (mining industry) or related industry with minimum 7 years in managing proposal efforts.
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
3. Posses integrity and good interpersonal skills.

SENIOR MINING ENGINEER
Job Description:
1) Prepare, analyze and adjust data of production, record details of the day s work on a daily report pad in order to establish project performance report.
2) Review client specifications, drawings and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system and understood and implemented.
3) Identify engineering problems, propose solutions and expedite client agreement where necessary to ensure minimal disruption to the progress of the works.
4) Complete daily timesheets, including activity descriptions and cost codes, for each person and, where required, plant item under his responsibility.
5) Coordinate requisition for small tools and consumable materials as required in order to provide site operations support.
6) Prepare data of real/ technical cost, liaise with surveyor in calculate mining reserve from drilling for project analysis purpose.
7) Identify hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment.
 
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree/S1 in Mining Engineering or Geology.
2. Min. 4 years experience in mine planning engineering.
3. Ability to use mine planning and scheduling software.

PROJECT & MAINTENANCE ENGINEER/LEADER
Job Description:
Lead and coordinate overall maintenance activities, day to day for maintenance operation, planning, execution, reporting for all scope of works, implemented through the Contract in the areas of Maintenance of Facilities, Building and other works including manpower allocation, procurement, Safety planning and implementation.
• Ensure all crew complete and follow Client regulation & HSE expectation, pro-active & pay attention to more better management changing, always given motivation & Spirit team dedicate on Schedule, discipline & Professional manner.
• Do the best services and given the result (effective & efficient), Communicate & coordinate the job with Client and subordinates, closely.
• Concern with the progress of scope of work, done properly as mention in contract and execute the scope of work without any mistake and accident.
• Follow the regulation & procedure to execute of the work and record & supervise the progressing of work and ensure all activities on going schedule in the field directly.
• All abnormally happen in the field should be reported immediately to superior and reports the progress of work regularly and evaluation for CI and make schedule of work, monthly reports regularly to Superior.
• Tidy up & ensure working area is clean before and after execution the scope of work., ensure all equipments, tools and uniforms are clean and well manage properly and ensure all team wear PPE properly and ensure the stock of PPE always available on site.
• If feeling cause the doubt to execute of the work, stop of work and ask or discus to clarify, justify the risk and evaluate with the superior, soonest and ensure Inventory all equipment as standard requirement Client.
• Maintain all equipment used, clean, safe ,complete, in good condition and store in place properly.
• Willing to be placed in remote areas.
 
Duties and responsibilities on HSE:
• Conducts regular tool box talks.
• Presides over regular Safety meetings.
• Ensures implementation of Company HSE policies, procedures, rules, regulations and other requirements.
• Prepares periodic Safety reports including Safety statistics (HSE Performance).
• Liaises and coordinates with Company Safety personnel.
• Responsible for prompt incident reporting.
• Keeps Contractor s HSE documentation in proper order for Company reference.
The Maintenance Program consist of Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance, Maintenance Management and Planning, Break down Maintenance , Minor Overhaul/Repair and other related Civil maintenance or Project services.
 
Knowledge and skills:
- Minimum degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering (S1/D3) from a recognized institution.
- Extensive knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical and Civil for Maintenance or Project Management also ability to read and comprehend engineering system drawing for high rise building or facilities.
- Good understanding of building services installations, Codes, specs, regulation and best practices.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to lead the team and good relationship.
- Internet and Reporting ability.

Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years experienced in working in Project , Operation or Maintenance Services.
