ENGINEERING JOBS
ENGINEERING & QUALITY Sr. SUPERVISOR
Job Scope & Responsibility:
• Lead & manage the entire task on Engineering & Quality team in finishing the project/service as agreed KPI, comply with Std/Code, Customer Acceptance & Company Quality Mgmt.
• Produce an effective & an efficient design/drawing for New, Upgrade/Modifications, or Repair Equipment.
• Periodically Review & Analyze his team performance, provide in reporting & if necessary feedback/advice to improve both the process/progress and skill.
• Coordinate and work closely with the Planner/Production and other sub-departments for the smooth execution of entire project/service.
• Assist Commercial/Sales for any business prospect relate to Engineering Design (if any/required).
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Civil) from reputable University.
• Ages 35 – 40 years.
• Required experience(s).
› Have work experience for analysis and design of structural / mechanical in Heavy Equipment such as Processing-Plant Industry; Mobile / Lifting-Equipment, at least 10 years.
› Experience in lead, plan, organize and controlling a project / task of EPCC Project Engineering, with at least 3 years.
• Preferred experience(s).
› Experience & knowledge in steel fabrication for petrochemical and mining industries.
› Mastering the structural analysis program (SAP / ETABS / STAAD / SAFE / NASTRAN / AUTOCAD / SOLIDWORK).
• Familiar with relevant Design/Construction Standard/Code within Petrochemical/OG & Welding-Process.
• Have knowledge in ISO 9001 is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned at any time throughout the working area of the company.
