FPSO marine system commissioning engineer
Job description:
1. To follow-up the preparation for the Marine systems Pre-commissioning and Commissioning, according to company’s requirements
2. To provide assistance to the FPSO EPSCC Contractor during the detailed preparation of the Commissioning; including reviewing of planning and organizational requirements.
3. To review, comment the preparation of Marine Systems Commissioning procedures, including ICAPS Pre-Commissioning status index and Commissioning database, the handover dossiers / certification, punch list control, planning and deliverable.
4. To follow-up the requisitions for material, equipment, consumables and spare parts of the Marine systems.
5. To review the Commissioning Dossiers and in particular the Operational Test Procedures relative to the Marine Systems scope of work.
6. To promote / ensure safety within the commissioning activities and verify that safety procedures and permit to work system are implemented by the FPSO EPSCC Contractor Commissioning Team .
7. To witness and monitor the pre-commissioning activities performed by the FPSO EPSCC Contractor, ensuring that the Marine Systems have reached the RFC status with the associated punch list.
8. To witness the execution of Commissioning (including FATs at manufacturers’ premises) to achieve maximum productivity, minimize cost and achieve smooth hand over. To validate the results of the operational tests.
9. To follow-up special commissioning tools, consumables and spare parts.
10. To ensure Marine Systems documentation is As-Built (including mark-ups).
11. To validate technical change or modification for Marine systems.
12. To ensure that adequate care and maintenance/preservation of equipment are being carried out.
13. To supervise the reporting of Commissioning Execution for Marine systems to ensure that all technical, contractual and cost information is properly recorded, collected and available for inspection / reference as required by law regulations and Company policies.
14. To liaise with the different Systems / Area Engineers, ICAPS and Punch List coordinators.
15. To follow-up / report discipline progress and punch list clearance.
16. To supervise the schedule of Commissioning of Marine systems in order to reach the planned end date.


Job requirements:
- Education: Degree in Engineering
- Professional experience: 10 years of experience in Commissioning / Field Operations / Marine activities. Previous commissioning work experience and good knowledge on a FSO / FPSO or on merchant vessels is a plus
- Fluency in English is required.



Commissioning Engineer

Job description
1. To organize the preparation and the execution of the commissioning activities of the deepwater assets according to HSE procedures and regulations
2. To supervise and manage the commissioning team and ensure that all technical, contractual and cost information is properly recorded, collected and available for inspection/reference as required by law regulations and company policies.
3. To co-ordinate and provide assistance to project (construction and pre-commissioning phases) and to the field Operations team.
4. To develop a strategy in order to minimize offshore commissioning and minimize lost time due to interfaces.
5. To define, mobilize and manage an organization which will cover the preparation and the execution of commissioning
6. To manage the preparation of precommissioning/commissioning procedures and reporting tools (including technical database when applicable, planning, punch list control).
7. To manage the execution of commissioning to achieve maximum productivity, minimize cost and achieve smooth hand over.
8. To supervise the schedule of commissioning in order to reach the planned end date
9. Commissioning preparation phase :
-Responsible for the review and the approval of the various commissioning preparation tasks to be performed by the Contractor : work repartition , priorities, resources, schedule, coordination of the preparation team.
-Review and approve the commissioning management procedures (hand over, interfaces, punch list, internal organization).
-Review and approve the commissioning dossiers prepared by the Contractor (including database populating and operational test procedures writing).
-Coordinate activities of the Company commissioning supervision team (system engineers, discipline supervisors, planning / punch list controller).
-Identify and address all interface issues with other project packages with respect to commissioning.
-Prepare overall commissioning plan.
10.Commissioning execution phase :
-Responsible for the overall safety of commissioning activities.
-Responsible for witnessing and monitoring the precommissioning activities performed by the Contractor.
-Countersign all precommissioning dossiers at Ready For Commissioning (RFC) status.
-Control all commissioning activities performed by the Contractor.
-Check progress against planning and recommend any necessary corrective actions, close follow up on punch list.
-Ensure correct reporting of commissioning activities in time frame.
-Report immediately any unexpected events which may affect the commissioning of the plant or the start up
-Review and approve the commissioning dossiers after completion of commissioning activities and sign the Ready For Start Up and hand over certificates

Job requirements
Education in Engineering
•Professional experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in a lead commissioning role. Previous work experience in FSO/FPSO is a plus.
•Fluency in English, strong management and communications skills
•Good knowledge of MS Office tools.



Senior Civil Engineer

Job description:
Design of civil structures and assets found in petrochemical and industrial faculties.

Job requirements:
BS minimum in Civil Engineering with 15 years combined experience in the downstream (eg. petrochemical, refining), upstream onshore environment and marine environment.
Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate substantial experience in the downstream environment.
More than 10 years experience in the design of civil structures and assets found in petrochemical and industrial facilities.



Construction Engineer - Utilities

Job description:
- Manage a team of Construction, Project Engineering, Planning, Quality Control and HSSE professionals.
-Ensure that construction challenges are identified and the construction design is appropriately planned and requirements are included in design during the detail design phase.
-Deliver the fabrication, outfitting and pre commissioning during the construction phase.
-Accountable for the performance, selection, motivation and professional development of the team members.
-Accountable for the performance of the main contractor during construction and installation and pre-commissioning phase.

Job requirements:
• Preferably Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Technical/engineering discipline.
• Proven track record in delivering large construction projects to the standards prescribed, on time, within budget, and above all causing no harm to persons, the asset or the environment.
• Minimum 15 years experience in Construction and or Commissioning Management experience with a minimum 5 years in senior management role preferably in Asian based Shipyards.



Mechanical Engineer

Job description:
- Provide general engineering support related to mechanical engineering in front-end conceptual engineering (alternative evaluation) through to detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, installation, hook-up, commissioning and operations
- Function as a project team member to provide support in mechanical engineering. Typical projects involve upgrades, de-bottlenecking, and modifications to new and existing production facilities.
- Responsibilities also include support of operational and major capital project activities, as required
- Function as a project manager to manage small size project as assigned by supervisor. (scheduling, economics, AFE development, Material management, Project controls)
- Provide engineering support in failure analysis, root cause analysis and other HES issues as requested by supervisor
- Support SCM in material review, material evaluation and procurement
- Provide engineering supports on shutdown procedure, Isolation procedures,etc
- Mentor and coach young engineer to develop competence in Mechanical engineering

Job requirements:
- B.ENG. In Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Good communication in English
- Minimum 5 year working experience in Oil & Gas company. Familiar with offshore working environment is preferred
- Good knowledge in Mechanical Engineering Specifications, Codes and standards

Additional Knowledge on the following matters would be an advantage:
- Package equipments such as Booster compressor, vapor recover or pumping unit
- Design and selection of static equipments such as pressure vessel/ heat exchanger, HVAC System / Recuperating Pump and compressor/ Rotating pump and compressor/ General process equipments



Technical and QA Engineer

Job description:
- Support delivery of technical/quality assurance work processes and procedures in capital project.
- Developing and maintaining key performance indicators for technical assurance via the quality management program.
- Coaching and mentoring Discipline(s) technical specialists assigned to projects in the technical assurance and quality management program, using the Discipline Control Assurance Framework (DCAF).
- Developing and/or maintaining tools for streamlining technical support for projects Project Control Assurance Plan (PCAP). Will work with Project Managers and Project Engineers during Front End
- Development phases of projects to ensure proper technical assurance planning and provide support to assigned projects
- Conduct audits on conformance of PTE/P to P&T Business Management Systems

Job requirements

Construction Site Lead

Job requirements:
1) Bachelors degree in engineering discipline
2) 12+ years of closely related, professional engineering experience with past positions as Construction Superintendent, Construction Engineer, Field Engineer
3) Read, write and speak fluent English, especially as required to function effectively within a project team and to communicate with project management, contractors and sub-contractors



Rotating Equipment Engineer

Job description:
- Providing advice across the broad spectrum of Rotating Equipment engineering expertise at various phases and asset life-cycle
- Working with a diverse range of worldwide suppliers and colleagues requires effective communication skills
- Prioritizing a demanding and varied workload
- Contributing to a self-managing team
- Give advice on operational and engineering/maintenance aspects of Rotating Equipment, failure diagnosis and root cause analysis incl.
- Give conceptual and detailed advice on various types of rotating equipment for projects, revamps and studies
- Specify, evaluate and select Rotating Equipment, attend to acceptance tests and performance verifications
- Maintain contacts with vendor and operating units to optimize the use of design, equipment and best practices.
- Display a commercial mindset in selling his/her work to customers thereby maintaining a good eye to the business driving forces and customer relations at all times.

Job requirements:
- Msc/ BSc degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Min 5 years experience in the Compressor and Turbine sector, covering various aspects of equipment lifecycle, include design, construction and operations. Previous experience with a manufacturer would be advantageous.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with clients and vendors effectively
- Communicate effectively and competently in English (both written and oral communication)



Process Engineer

Job Description:
-Monitor plant performance, provides technical service to other departments on a regular basis.
-Provide problem solving service for long term complex difficulties or potential problems.
-Provides a process design definition for modifications or new equipment, reviews proposed modifications and recommends approval or suggest alternative solutions.
-Carries out rigorous process engineering checks to ensure that design standards are being maintained and that technical safety requirements are met.
-Acts as a reference source to other Departments. Includes liaising with Engineering, Production, and to HSE & Integrity Division, furnishing them with technical information as requested, suggesting improvements in their field of work and assisting in developing improvements initiated by them.
-Review routine test and analysis results from laboratory, identifies and analyses deviations and unusual trends, interprets reasons in terms of operations and submits conclusions to Senior Engineer.
-Maintains LNG plant data and historical records and files for easy reference.
-Carries out the design of allocated modification related to LNG production facilities and associated offsite. Ensures the design is to recognized industrial standards and codes.
-Prepares the Statement of Requirement for contract documents and carries out technical evaluation of contracted out modifications including technical clarification to bidders through the Contracts Department.
-Review modifications, ensures materials comply with company standards are correct specifications for the duty. Performs technical evaluation of material bids including technical clarification to bidders through Procurement Department.
-Responsible for collating, discussing and resolving any comments or queries arising from the approval issue of the modification package.
-Supervise, directs, and develop newly recruited process engineers with their future placement and Career.
-Carries out Precommissioning checks on the completed work to ensure the design is to original proposals. Continue to monitor modification from conception through to commissioning.
-Reviews, comments or design Minor Changes initiated by Production Department.

Job requirements:
- B. Sc. in Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Min 5 years experience in the chemical / process engineering gas processing / Oil field.
- Use of Process Simulator and computer literate.
- Fluent spoken and written English.



Senior Project Engineer

Job requirements:
- Degree qualified or equivalent in Engineering
- Experience working as a Project Engineering in the Oil and gas industry
- Operator experience would be preferred but EPC experience or PMC experience considered



Senior Planning Engineer

Job Description:

-Responsible for the provision of proactive planning management of specific Projects. Responsibilities include:
-Management, interpretation and presentation of project planning data.
- Performance and development of the planning function within individual project environments.
- Development of planning procedures and processes
- Undertake reviews / audits of project planning processes
- Undertake training of Project planning personnel

Job requirements
- Degree or equivalent in a related discipline.

Required Experience:
• Previous experience in Senior Planning role in the Oil and Gas industry
• Knowledge of SAP would be desirable
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse, remote and challenging environment



Senior safety engineer

Job description:
-Responsible for providing safety engineering expertise and guidance to a specific part of operations and work on functional initiatives that cover all areas of the organization
-Conduct identification, assessment and management of major hazards
-Ensure that facilities are designed and operated in a manner where the risks associated with major hazards has been reduced to a level which is as low as reasonably practicable.
-Work closely with a broad cross-section of the organization including other discipline engineers, appraisal and development engineers, project teams, operations, engineering and maintenance teams
-Responsible for ensuring that the safety engineering and hazard management standards are adhered to safety standards

Job requirements:
-Degree in engineering or science
-Experience in the Petrochemical industry together with a thorough understanding of technologies and safety practices in the oil and gas production facilities.
However, you may be considered for this role if you have hazard & risk management experience gained in other industries.
