SECRETARY TO GENERAL  MANAGER  (1 vacant post)

 

·         Female, max 28 years old

·         Minimum D3

·         Computer literate (MS Office)

·         Fully familiar with secretarial and administrative duties

 

 
PROJECT ENGINEER – STEEL TRADING (1 vacant post)
 

·         Male, max 35 years old

·         Minimum S1 in Engineering

·         Computer literate (MS Office and MS Project)

·         Possess experience as Project Engineer for at least 3 years in oil & gas projects

·         Good analytical thinking, ability to organize the team and problem solve

·         Good presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English

·         Mobile, flexible and able to work in high pressure working environment

 

ASSISTANT MANAGER – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (1 vacant post)

 

·         Male/Female, max 35 years old

·         Minimum S1, preferably in Engineering

·         Computer literate (MS Office)

·         Possess experience as Business Development Officer in dealing with major CAPEX goods and/ or  EPCI projects, preferably in upstream oil & gas

·         Good analytical thinking, highly creative, accurate and persistent in paperwork

·         Good presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English

·         Mobile and able to work in high pressure working environment

 

 

PROPOSAL ENGINEER (1 vacant post)

 

·         Male/Female, max 30 years old

·         Minimum D3, preferably in Engineering

·         Computer literate (MS Office)

·         Possess experience as Proposal Engineer in dealing with tenders for major CAPEX goods and/ or  EPCI projects

·         Familiar with the requirement of PTK 007

·         Highly accurate and persistent in paperwork

 

LOGISTICS & EXPEDITING OFFICER (1 vacant post)

 

·         Male/Female, max 35 years old

·         Minimum D3, preferably in Engineering

·         Computer literate (MS Office)

·         Possess experience as Logistics & Expediting Officer in dealing with project and logistics handling issues

·         Familiar with the regulations related to importation, customs and formalities

·         Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.

 

BUYER – DOMESTICS (1 vacant post)

 

·         Male/Female, max 35 years old

·         Minimum D3, preferably in Engineering

·         Computer literate (MS Office)

·         Possess experience as Buyer in dealing with bulk items, logistics forwarding, small scale fabrication services

·         Familiar with supply chain management, the regulations related to importation, customs and formalities

·         Good negotiation, communication skills in both written and spoken English.

 

BUYER – INTERNATIONAL (1 vacant post)

 

·         Male/Female, max 35 years old

·         Minimum S1, preferably in Engineering

·         Computer literate (MS Office)

·         Possess experience as Buyer in dealing with major CAPEX, bulk items, insurance and cargo transporter on international basis

·         Familiar with supply chain management, the regulations related to importation, customs and formalities

·         Good negotiation, communication skills in both written and spoken English.

 

SENIOR HR & GA OFFICER (1 vacant post)

 

·         Male/Female, max 35 years old

·         Minimum S1 in Law or Psychology

·         Computer literate (MS Office)

·         Possess experience as Senior HR & GA in dealing with minimum 50 employees

·         Fully familiar with regulations related to employee, tax, Jamsostek, HRIS, etc

·         Assertive, good communication skills in both written and spoken English.

 

DOCUMENT CONTROLLER (1 vacant post)

 

·         Male/Female, max 35 years old

·         Minimum D3

·         Computer literate (MS Office)

·         Possess experience as Document Controller in dealing with major EPC project

·         Highly accurate and persistent in documentation system

 

SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE  - STEEL TRADING  (2 vacant posts)

·         Minimum D3, preferably in Engineering

·         Computer literate (MS Office)

·         Possess experience as Sales Executive in dealing with major CAPEX equipment, component and/ or services related to oil & gas projects

·         Aggressive, self starter with strong business acumen

 

 

SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE  - SPECIALTY STEEL TRADING  (1 vacant post)

 

·         Male/Female, max 30 years old

·         Minimum S1, preferably in Engineering

·         Computer literate (MS Office)

·         Possess experience as Sales Executive in dealing with specialty steel to oil & gas projects

·         Aggressive, self starter with strong business acumen

 

 

MARKETING SUPPORT (1 vacant post)

 

·         Female, max 30 years old

·         Minimum D3

·         Computer literate (MS Office)

·         Highly accurate and persistent in document preparation
