A minimum of Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines
- Minimum Bachelor degree in an Electrical from accredited University/College, or the equivalent experience, including maintenance, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Electrical system in petroleum and petrochemical industries.
- 5-10 years experience in Operations & Maintenance of similar facilities included troubleshooting, 3-5 of which in supervision.
- Experience or familiar with electrical Power Generation system, Electric Motor, HV/LV switch gear, HV/LV transformer, HVAC, VSD, AC/DC UPS, MCC, Cathodic Protection, lightning&Grounding, Lighting, Power distribution panel, Enunciators, field electrical devices calibration & implementation, and HV/LV switching philosophy.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Common Maintenance Strategy processes
- Willing to work in remote locations (Teluk Bintuni, Papua)
- Propose yearly budget required for Electrical maintenance
- Understand Safe System of Work in Oil/Gas or Petrochemical Industry
- Must also have strong leadership skills, have a proactive attitude, and be interested in finding solutions and making improvements for the benefit of Tangguh operations
