Officer Personnel Competency & Learning Development
Jakarta Raya - West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO)

Responsibilities:
Work Location : PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi – West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO)
 
Summary Responsibilities :
  • Analyze, develop and conduct competency and learning development programs that required to support the achievement of company vision-mission, strategy, business process, and Company target/KPI
  • Ensure compliance to applicable regulations and standards, as well as support the employee development and career enhancement that in-line with business strategies and needs
Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor Degree from Psychological or Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines
  • Having 4-5 years related experiences in Human Resources Development Area
  • Competencies of Training Need Analysis, Competency Management & Assessment, Training Material Design & Development are required
  • Good command in English; both written & speaking
