1. General Administration

Responsibilities:
• Doing administrative work at HR & Admin Department

 
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma (D3) in any field
• Required skill(s): Ms Office, Internet
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in GA (especially from Oil & Gas)
• Full-Time positions available


 
2. Receptionist
Code: RCP
Responsibilities:
1. The personnel shall report to HR & Admin
2. Answering the telephone and handling incoming or outgoing mails
3. Dealing with telephone enquiries or referring them to the relevant member of staff
4. Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or staff member
5. Answering face-to-face enquiries and providing information when required
6. Maintaining visitor records
7. Keeping the waiting area tidy
8. Sending mails and making telephone calls and organizing meeting times/meeting rooms

 
Skills:
1. A polite and courteous manner regardless of the situation
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially in English
3. The ability to keep calm under pressure
4. Word processing abilities
5. The ability to work telecommunication systems (telephones, fax machines, switchboards etc)
6. The ability to make people feel at ease
7. The willingness to go the extra mile even at busy times
8. The ability to work under own initiative
