SUPERINTENDENT SHE (Geothermal)
Bandung (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:
  • Plans and proposes the work program & budget for the assigned area and ensures that costs and expenditures are within the approved budget.
  • As the Leader of SHE at Geothermal, actively promotes the Corporate objective to develop the highest standard of Safety, Health and Environmental performance within the Field SHE department and WW Power Station.
  • Coordinates and supervises the SHE key business processes which include activities associated with safety & loss control, environment and field medical in relation to occupational health matters.
  • Maintains good relations with geothermal organizations, associations, Government agencies and NGO’s and formulate new ideas for improving safety, occupational health and environment of Wayang Windu and maintaining cost effectiveness.
  • Provides leadership to promote the Corporate Safety, Health & Environmental Protection policy, ISO, OHSAS and other international standards for safety, health and environment to conduct business activities in compliance with regulations and in respect for the well being of stakeholders.
  • Ensures that all activities with impacts to the environment have obtained approvals from the government and/or other regulating agencies
  • Keeps abreast of safety, health and environmental technology, codes and standards. Applies codes and standards in daily working activities.
  • Prepares and provides training to technical staff to support internal training program.
  • Builds and maintains good relationship with department internally as well as externally with related contractors and government bodies.
Requirements:
  • University graduate (S1) majoring in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Process Engineering or Quality Assurance is preferred. A combination of vocational training or education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years experience with increasingly more complex and responsible jobs in SHE or Quality Control is preferred.
  • Good command in English (writing & verbal)
