Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering.
  • Min Years of relevant experience 9 Years.
  • Experience in Petrochemical Refinery with at least three years in a strategy and change management or similar role.
  • Knowledge of oil refinery operations with specific knowledge of process operations and product quality.
  • Strategy and change management experience.
  • Knowledge of decision analysis, strategy assessment and techno economic analysis.
  • Knowledge of advance control and manufacturing execution software applications for profitability and efficiency improvement.
  • Knowledge of organizational and business processes and staff dynamics
  • Planning and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
