My client is looking for experienced HSEQ Engineer to develop and implement HSE systems and procedures for engineering and construction activities and provide required HSE support during design, contracting and execution of the projects.
You must have:
1. B.Sc. Engineering or equivalent
2. 5 years working experience in Oil and Gas, process or petrochemical industry with at least 3 years experience in HSE Management
3. Oil and gas Processing
4. Knowledge of HSEQ control procedures and monitoring;
5. ISO- 14000, Industrial Environmental Pollution and National Environmental Laws, ISO 9000 and ISO 1800 Series.
6. Knowledge of HSEQ control procedures and monitoring system
7. Fluency in Russian and good English is necessary. Knowledge of Kazakh language is advantageous.
8. Interpersonal skills
9. HZOP, HAZID, Risk Assessment and Job Safety analysis - Knowledge of Case is advantageous.
