NAM is made up of three assets – Groningen, SNS - Offshore Southern North Sea in the UK and NL and Asset Land.
The Asset Land covers all Onshore oil and gas fields with the exception of the Groningen field and the Norg and Grijpskerk underground gas storage facilities, and is characterized by extensive infrastructure and a large and diverse number of facilities.
The main operational areas are in the North and East Netherlands but there is also significant activity around Rotterdam. Many of the fields and facilities are in mature and late field life stage, but at the same time the asset is continuously bringing new fields on-stream with innovative development concepts.
In addition to traditional development and production activities, the asset is involved in pioneering a number of new concepts like carbon capture and storage, and enhanced gas recovery using foam techniques and nitrogen injection. The asset’s future strategy is centered on becoming a world-class tail-end operator maximizing recovery at lowest possible cost, and new developments with innovative concepts and the use of standardized, modularized and re-deployable facilities.
As our new Team Leader Work Preparation you’ll be accountable for the work preparation and scheduling of preventative and corrective maintenance at the facilities, the well locations and the pipelines. This should be managed in such a way that maintenance will be executed to "First Time Right" principles, ensuring the continued integrity of the assets meet production targets.
You'll work closely together with Maintenance Supervisors and contractors who will monitor and execute maintenance activities. You'll verify that the work complies with the required maintenance performance standards, and that the technical integrity, availability and reliability of the installations and pipelines is maintained.

You should have gained experience of working with methods, materials, tools and equipment in the maintenance of oil and gas exploration equipment. You own practical knowledge of safety hazards and appropriate valid safety measures during assignments.
You'll be highly skilled in applying technical knowledge to determine equipment problems, including knowledge of Root Cause Analysis techniques and their applicability, and identifying appropriate solutions in order to swiftly develop work packs.
Essential is that you have work experience with in SAP Blueprint work management system next to have experience with Primavera (P3e) used for Integrated Activity Planning - IAP.
Furthermore we expect you to be skilled in reading, interpreting and applying information from files, drawings, catalogs, reports and manuals.
Fluency in Dutch, written and verbally besides a good working familiarity of English. This is essential for this position.

Job Description
We’re currently looking for a Team Leader Work Preparation to join our team in Koostertille.As our new Team Leader Work Preparation you’ll be accountable for the work preparation and scheduling of preventative and corrective maintenance at the facilities, the well locations and the pipelines. This should be managed in such a way that maintenance will be executed to "First Time Right" principles, ensuring the continued integrity of the assets meet production targets.
You'll work closely together with Maintenance Supervisors and contractors who will monitor and execute maintenance activities. You'll verify that the work complies with the required maintenance performance standards, and that the technical integrity, availability and reliability of the installations and pipelines is maintained.
Your tasks will also include:
- Preparing planning and cost estimates before the start of the work
- Ensuring all work programmes can be executed safely, and that all major risks have been identified and mitigation is scheduled and communicated with the execution teams
- Identifying opportunities for performance improvements within the maintenance preparation and execution process
Desired Skills & Experience
With a MBO Plus or possibly a HBO level by education in a discipline, you’ll have significant hands-on experience in maintenance execution. Besides this you have a good understanding and knowledge of other disciplines.You should have gained experience of working with methods, materials, tools and equipment in the maintenance of oil and gas exploration equipment. You own practical knowledge of safety hazards and appropriate valid safety measures during assignments.
