Well established within the Australian market, this large privately owned consultancy provides a full range of services from inception through to designand construction. Specializing in a range of civil, environmental and structural engineering categories, they are currently seeking to employ a Senior Drainage Engineer to join their Water and Environment team in Brisbane.

Specializing in a range of civil, environmental and structural engineering categories, they are currently seeking to employ a Senior Drainage Engineer to join their Water and Environment team in Brisbane.
In this role, you will be responsible for the management of projects and staff, design of storm water and catchment management projects, coordination with authorities and preparation of specifications.
Key responsibilities include a focus on major flood studies and mitigation works, stormwater quality management studies, Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) and integrated water management plans.
Given the current structure of the team, you will have proven experience of Australian engineering codes and water quality standards, a Bachelor degree and the ability to project manage and contribute towards business management.
You must have strong software knowledge in some of the following design and modelling packages: HEC-RAS, DRAINS, MUSIC, XP-RAFTS, 12D, WBNM and Arc GIS.
