Must have:
- Lead Mechanical Engineering background
- FEED – details design
- Operator background must
- Facilities Engineering background
- Brownfield experience
- Degree qualified
- Major/Large project experience
- Onshore and Offshore project experience
- Static and rotating equipment
- Team management, problem solving
Interfaces and Deliverables:
• Project Engineer / Project Manager [the what]
• Day-to-day direction
• Prioritization of Activities
• Reporting and Issues
• Regular updates to Facilities & Subsea Supervisor [the how]
• Work Processes, Technology, Support
• Longer term guidance
• Resolves conflicts and issues with Project Team
• Project Objectives and Strategies – will generally be developed prior to be assigned to project
• Engineering Work Scopes and CTR/Engineering Proposals
• Project Design Basis, Project Plan
• Risk and Activity Based Engineering Support Plan
• Capital Management System (EMCAPS), Brownfield Toolkit, Select Toolkit, Define Toolkit, Engineering Support Process, Subject Matter Experts, Engineering Practices, Local Affiliate Specifications and OIMS 3.1/3.2.
