Our client - is one of the major Oil & Gas Company operating in Indonesia. Currently looking for the best, experienced, and qualified candidate for the position:

Responsibilities:
1. Provide completion and work over engineering design, planning and operations expertise for well re-entries and work-over, re-completions, new well completions and stimulation.
2. Well and field data gathering and review. Design basis and functional requirements preparation.
3. Completion and re-completion concept options generation and evaluation
4. Completions and re-completions basic and detailed design and equipment specification
5. Prepare completion and work-over programmed and field operations planning/preparation.
6. Input and support to completion/work-over equipment and services procurement, including RFI/RFP preparation and evaluation, and application of Client QCP processes and standards to equipment manufacture.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering(Mechanical), Engineering(Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
2. Indonesian nationality
3. A minimum of 10 years of relevant work-over and completions design and operations experience, with an emphasis on land-based operations.
4. Knowledge and experience of high temperature gas well work-over and completion design and operations.
5. Knowledge and experience of acidizing and hydraulic fracturing for both existing wells/work-over and new completions.
6. Knowledge and experience in well integrity issues and management.
7. Sound decision making skills
8. Strong technical, operations organizational and planning ability.
9. Self-motivated, with strong communication, interpersonal and team working skills
