SENIOR COMPLETION ENGINEER
Role:
Provide leadership in well completion engineering, planning, assurance and execution for all aspects to ensure the completions, interventions and workovers are planned and delivered safely, efficiently and within budget and in compliance with the company policies and local government and PSA regulations and guidance. These functions include completion planning, risk weighted cost estimating, sand face & upper completion designs, developing completion plans and post analysis of operations, transfer of lessons learned, mentoring and development of less experienced and new completions engineers. Assume the responsibilities of the Asia Pacific Completions Team Leader as required.

The Senior Completions Engineer's role will be primarily a technical position supporting project pre-planning and present/future completion and workover operations. The position will be responsible for a wide range of completion planning and management activities. The position will report to the Asia Pacific Completions Team Leader. One of the key roles of this position is ensuring consistent application of the appropriate completion technology across all Asia Pacific developments.
Requirements:
• 10-15 years of experiences in the drilling and completion for major operating Oil and Gas company, especially in the gas plant
• Preferably has an international exposure or overseas working experience
• Fluent in English is a mandatory
• Demonstrate a strong leadership skill
• Good knowledge of HSE & Compliance, Engineering & Operations Support, Finance, Procurement & Contracts, Personnel and Federal matters
