My client is currently seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to manage, develop and project lead a new phase of R&D products.
This is fully integrated project engineering from first scientific concept to fully industrialized product deployed in the harsh offshore explorationenvironment, the applicant will need to be highly adaptable in understanding diverse technologies and dealing with ‘never done before’ challenges. You will need to provide strong, demanding leadership and motivation to the team and varied technical partners and subcontractors. You will need to be conversant with Commercial and Industrial standards, design and test conventions, moreover uncompromising with quality whilst able to negotiate good value.
