For one of our client based in Singapore, one of the world leaders in construction specialised in building services, in particular mechanical and electrical, we are looking for Senior MEP Engineers (Singaporean/PR only)
ACMV Senior Site Engineer
• Responsible of design, submission of shop drawings and calculation notes
• Able to perform site co-ordination work with suppliers and contractors
• Experience in design & build projects: ACMV work at site (Candidates with experience in consulting also appreciated)
• Knowledgeable about Value Engineeringsolutions
• Manage engineers and CAD operators
• Well versed in Standards and Code of Practices (ASHRAE, CIBSE, …) as well as mechanical & piping design and calculation
• Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering
• 10/15 years experience in ACMV contracting for residential & commercial buildings
Plumbing/PD-FS Engineer
• Responsible of design, submission of shop drawings and calculation notes, liaison with consultants, tender, procurement
• Experience in design & build projects (Candidates with experience in consulting also appreciated)
• Design and work at site of plumbing, building services, and fire protection systems for residential and commercial buildings
• Knowledgeable about Value Engineering solutions
• Manage engineers and CAD operators
• Well versed in Standards and Code of Practices (NFPA, CIBSE, Local codes)
• Diploma / Degree holder in Building Services / Fire Services / Mechanical / Engineering
• Strong working experience in PD-FS contracting for residential & commercial buildings
CAD Manager (ACMV/EL/PD-FS/CSD)
• Responsible of Coordinated Services Drawings for MEP services: liaison with architects and consultants , liaison internally with other trades
• Manage CAD operators
• Manage the production of M&E services documentation drawings for all disciplines
• Minimum ITC / Diploma in Engineering
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit for MEP installations
• Minimum 8 years working experience in drafting MEP for residential & commercial buildings
