- experience in a major EPC - technical offshore construction engineering background
- Experience in some level of sales or business development within oil and gas
- Ability to self-manage in order to manage daily, weekly, monthly and yearly targets
- Excellent relationship building and maintenance experience
- Joint venture management
- Tender, proposals experience
