QC Technician

Responsibilities:
• Perform visual/chemical analysis inspection of incoming raw materials
• Maintain and review SPC for incoming and outgoing quality inspections
• Initiate supplier corrective action report for non-conforming materials and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented timely
• Decision making for final disposition of raw materials
• Lead and coordinate all efforts for containment
• Interface with external and internal parties on matters relating to quality and report to management team
Requirements
• Diploma in QA/Chemical/Electronics Engineering
• Experience in ISO 9001:200 QMS
• Knowledge of Kaizen, lean manufacturing, 5S, Six sigma is an added advantage
