o Shall hold a recognizedmechanical structural degree or equivalent qualification
o Have at least 15 years of oil and gas engineering experience and 8 years inoffshore pipeline engineering experience
o Be competent to design, specify and select pipeline system which meets the required standards, specifications and codes
o Be competent to perform pipeline engineering related to route selection, well thickness, strong analytical, expansion analysis, CP, ability, free span analysis and produce maintenance reference plans
o Be competent of performing engineering for modification of pipelines to sultriness and intelligent pigging
o Be competent to perform assessment on free spins, riset stresses and defects due to anchor, corrosion and other anomalies
o Be familiar with relevant international standards and codes of practice normally used by thePipeline Engineering in the Oil and Gas industry such as DnV, ISO, API, ANSI, ASME, BS and etc.
o In addition, the Incumbent shall have a sound appreciation and knowledge of:
+ Material selection for different process and environmental conditions
+ Steel category risers and flexible risets
+ Experienced in working in the multinational organizations
+ Experienced in working in international Oil Companies
HSE Senior System Development Engineer
(Across Indonesia)
Requirements:
* Education :
o Technical College Degree inEngineering or specialist course related to HSE
* Experience :
o Minimum of 15 years experience in aspect of the planning, developing, reviewing, implementing, auditing, and revising of all types of HSE management system documents
o Familiar with HSE related document issue by OGP, API, OHSAS, ISO, and other organization who are involve in Oil and Gas Industry
o Familiar with legal and other requirement relate to HSE inIndonesia and international practice standard
o Experienced in site operation for Oil an Gas industry
o Conversant with HSE Management system documents and practice in major oil companies
o Experienced in working in the multinational organizations
o Experienced in working in international Oil Companies
o Having the flexible mind and sparing no pains to implement the service
* Basic Job Requirement:
o To develop and implement HSE Management system
o To evaluated the degree of implementation of HSE system and to provide timely feedback on fining improvement requirement.
