Product Engineer(Urgently Needed)
Responsibilities:
• Be involve in the NPI from the development to the production stage including characteristics and qualification of new device
• Liaised with the R& D team in the US
• Review and update datasheet
• Monitor test yield of semiconductortest and assembly house
• Be the key point of focus between customer and wafer foundry or semiconductor test and assemblyhouse
• Drive failure analysis activities when required.

Requirements:
• Bachelor/Master inElectrical/Electronics Engineering with major in semiconductor/IC design preferred
• 1-2 years experience in a semiconductortest and assembly environment
• Those who have IC design background(e.g) Cadence, Allergro) is desired.
• Knowledge of CMOS and BJT fabrication process
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Product/Test Engineer working in either semiconductortest and assembly environment or wafer foundry(e.g.) IM-Flash, Tech Semiconductor, SSMC) is welcomed to apply.
