Our client is multi national mining drilling company they now expands their business across Asia region and looking for good talent from Indonesia.

EXPLORATION DRILLER
Reporting to:
Drill Supervisor
Primary Responsibility:
To achieve optimal production from assigned drill rig/s through operation of drill rigs, supervision and training of national employees.
Duties:
-Operate drilling machines.
-Under the direction of the Drill Supervisor, conduct the successful drilling operations of the drill rig.
-Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on drilling equipment.
-Performs preventative maintenance daily and assists when required with mechanical repairs.
-Recommend repairs and maintenance to rigs, and drilling and safety equipment.
-Record daily drilling data.
-Identify training needs of employees, provide ‘on the job’ training where possible and record this, and other, training needs on the Training Record sheet for recommendation to, and actioning, by the Drill Supervisor.
-Ensure safety procedures and Personal Protective Equipment are maintained at all times and that all persons working on the site are working safely and in accordance with Company safety standards.
-Ensure equipment supplied to site is used correctly.
-Report daily to base.
-Client liaison as required.
-Other duties as directed.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a high standard of drilling techniques. Adherence to site safety policies and procedures.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
-Experience with a variety of drilling techniques including RC, diamond etc.
Training & Education Required:
-Successful completion of Year 10 or equivalent
-First Aid
Experience Required:
Minimum 4 years actual drilling (not off‐siding) experience with a variety of drill techniques including RC, diamond etc.
Equipment Knowledge:
All aspects of multi purpose drill rigs, land‐cruiser and truck mechanics and a basic understanding of hydraulics.
Physical Requirements:
-Must be fit and able to perform the inherent requirements of the job
-Responsible for ensuring necessary vaccinations are kept updated
-Ability and willingness to travel, and work on a roster

FITTER
Reporting to:
Site Manager/Maintenance Supervisor
Primary Responsibility:
To provide repair and preventative maintenance for all equipment to ensure optimal availability at the most economic cost
Duties:
-Specific activities may include boiler‐making, engine rebuilds, light vehicle and truck mechanics, auto electrical repairs and installations, general fitting and field fitting.
-Recommend and conduct training and supervision of national employees.
-Inspect and monitor work in progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
-Co‐ordinate activities of units.
-Assist with monitoring inventory of all plant and equipment.
-Travel to sites as required to undertake maintenance activities.
-Complete job record report sheets for all equipment maintained.
-Complete daily time sheets.
-Ensure compliance to safe work policies and procedures and maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
-Assist in the development of maintenance procedures.
-Adherence to site safety policies and procedures.
-Minimize parts wastage.
-Undertake preventative maintenance as per the preventative maintenance program
-Other duties as directed.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
-Sound knowledge of all aspects of equipment repair including boiler‐making, engine rebuilds, light vehicle and truck mechanics, auto electrical repairs and installations, general fitting and field fitting
-Good written and verbal communication skills
-Sound mechanical knowledge of drilling equipment & trouble shooting
Training & Education Required:
-Minimum completion of diploma degree
-Trade certificate in heavy duty plant maintenance
Experience Required:
-Minimum 3 years experience in the drilling/exploration industry and working with multi purpose drill rigs.
-International experience an advantage
Equipment Knowledge:
-Intermediate Excel, and basic Word and Outlook skills
-Basic to intermediate PC skills
Physical Requirements:
-Must be fit and able to perform the inherent requirements of the job
-Responsible for ensuring necessary vaccinations are kept updated
-Ability and willingness to travel, and work on a roster
