Progressive have an exclusive arrangement with an exciting company looking at rapid growth within the next 18 months. They require the services of an experienced Reliability Engineer. The successful candidate will need to ensure that the plant is running smoothly and at its ultimate potential.
Some responsibilities are:
• Conducting root cause analysis on failed equipment.
• Identifying equipment problems and developing potential solutions
• Coordinating plant condition monitoring and inspection programmes
• Networking with Shift supervisors, maintenance superintendent and maintenance planner to ensure all expectations are met.
To be effective in this role you must have strong verbal and leadership skills.
To be considered you must have the following;
• Mechanical or electrical engineering
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience with fixed and mobile plants.
• The ability to work effectively with clients in order to manage and report on contract deliverables.
• Understanding of failure modes and effects analysis, spares analysis and Root cause analysis.
