My client, a true leader in the Oil and Gas industry, are looking for a skilled Turnaround Manager to oversee a major refinery shutdown,and lead multiple projects!
This exciting role involves:
-Turnaround design and planning,
-HSE management – leading the safety team,
-setting HSEQ standards,
-manage contracts and make sure KPIs are met,
-cost control and budgeting,
-drive productivity and make sure targets are met,
-scheduling,
-promote continuous improvement,
-managing managers and very large teams
-Project management
Skills needed:
-experience managing large numbers of people,
-Refinery and shutdown experience,
-proven experience leading large-scale complex turnarounds,
-proven Project Management skills
-mechanical engineering background, preferably a degree,
-Oil and Gas,
-operator experience is very desirable
