An Established Oil Company (PSC)in Indonesia is searching a qualified candidates for:
Senior Budget Controller (15 years experience in LNG/FPSO project)
Key Jobs:
• Provide leadership, technical direction and hands-on guidance to group planners and cost engineers/ estimators.
• Monitor the preparation of risked budget estimates for the project, ensure project costs are monitored and controlled, and trends identified and reported.
• Coordinate and monitor the actual project expenses to ensure the expenses do not exceed the control budget.
• Guide to conduct, update, and report the project cost estimation for management decisions.
• Any other jobs instructed by the supervisor from time to time.
Requirements:
• Education : Bachelor of Engineering (preferred) or other appropriate qualification.
• Minimum 15 years of Project Control (Cost Control & Estimation and Planning and Scheduling) experience of which minimum 7 years should be as a Lead during FEED and EPC phases on complex oil and gas projects.
• Prefer experience on Offshore, FPSO and/or LNG projects. However we can also consider the candidates with outstanding experience on other mega and complex oil & gas projects.
• Understands Project Control (Cost Control & Estimation and Planning and Scheduling) systems and procedures as well as proven experience of independently leading Project Control functions within Owner s Project Management Teams on mega oil & gas projects.
• Hands-on experience of using Primavera P6 and Pertmaster (Primavera Risk Analysis).
• Excellent communication in written and oral English. Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience of working within Client Project Teams is required. However candidates with outstanding EPC company experience can also be considered.
