Roles & Responsibilities:
• Reports to the Project Manager
• Leads the company's Project engineering team
• Responsible for managing engineering and ensure that the EPC contractor delivers per the agreement.
• Responsible for the planning, design, alternative analysis, specification development and application, procurement adherence to the design and commissioning for the project.
• Must assure that the project facility is safe, operable, maintainable, cost-effective, constructable, and reliable and meets the design intent of the project.
• Responsible for ensuring the most effective use of company's and industry Value Improving Practices and best practices
• Manage the Company's engineering team

Requirements
• Minimum of 10 yrs experience in managing major capital projects in Oil and gas/ Petrochemical industries
• Should have worked with major EPCM companies/ Oil and Petrochemical industry, in leadership position.
• Experience managing a major capital project of CAPEX value >$100MM in the recent past.
• Should have experience managing EPCM contractors in Asia-Pacific region and preferably in Singapore.
