Senior HR Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Handling Staffing function of the company, in charge of recruitment and selection functions
Working with HQ, Singapore in recruitment and selection
In charge of new staffs orientation as well as on boarding till new staffs are familiar and stable in the company
Developing systems and policies regarding recruitment and selection
Involved in projects for improvements and enhancing the functions
Job Requirement:
Male/ Female
Have a background from Psychology/ Management.
Have At least 4 years working experience as HR Generalist or HR Manager in recruitment division
Understanding of Psychological test will be an advantage
Experienced in managing recruitment, selection & people planning
Good interpersonal skill.
Willing to be based in Batam, Indonesia


Product Engineer (PE) – code PE PCi
Job Responsibilities:
Manage Product Transfer and Project Schedule
Coordinate DFM/DFT with design team
Liaise with customers and plant for all technical issues
Create and maintain the BOM including ECN
Perform First Article Approval for parts
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Experience in managing BOM, ECN, First Article approval and NPI activities
Experience in EMS environment, PPAP and FMEA will be added advantage
Candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken English as well as Bahasa Indonesia


Assistance Product Engineer (PE) – code APE PCi
Job Responsibilities:
Manage Product Transfer and Project Schedule
Create and maintain the BOM including ECN
Perform First Article Approval for Electronics/Mechanical parts
Technical documents review and upload into system
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
2 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduate from reputable university is welcome to apply.
Having good knowledge on Electronics/Mechanical parts
Having basic knowledge on project development process
Candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken English as well as Bahasa Indonesia
Candidate must willing to work in Batam


Test Development Engineer (TDE) – code TDE PCi
Job Responsibilities :
Develop test plan based on customer/product requirements
Study test coverage/FMEA for functional testers
Develop functional testers
Qualify testers in production
Perform product failure analysis
Job Requirements :
Degree holder in Electronic Engineering
At least 3 – 8 years of working experience in Test Development
Working knowledge of C programming
Working knowledge of PC communication such as GPIB, RS 232 and USB
Working knowledge of digital and analog electronics
Candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken English as well as Bahasa Indonesia


Electronic Engineer (EE) – code EE PCi
Job Responsibilities :
Design and develop electronic hardware and firmware
Create bill of materials for electronic parts
Design and route PCB
Job Requirements :
Degree holder in Electronic Engineering
At least 3 – 8 years of working experience in Electronic Design
Working knowledge in C programming, MCU, digital logic design and FPGA
PCB design experience with Protel/Orcad/Mentor Graphics
RF design experience is an advantage
Candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken English as well as Bahasa Indonesia
