INDONESIAN NATIONAL DRILLING MANAGER
Summary of Role:
Manage all pre-drilling activities related to site construction and technical requirements for tendering processes, ensure efficient and safe drilling operations and post drilling examination; ensure timely deliverability of the drilling program, and implementation of drilling related policies and practices and represent the Company for external relations related with various drilling contractors.

INDONESIAN NATIONAL DRILLING MANAGER
Summary of Role:
Manage all pre-drilling activities related to site construction and technical requirements for tendering processes, ensure efficient and safe drilling operations and post drilling examination; ensure timely deliverability of the drilling program, and implementation of drilling related policies and practices and represent the Company for external relations related with various drilling contractors.
Specific duties:
1. Manage drilling operation and drilling support services.
2. Ensure safe and economical operation in line with petroleum industry standards.
3. Manage technical drilling programs and procedures, including casing design, bit hydraulics, mud programs, testing, stimulation and completions.
4. Assist in preparation of drilling support services, tenders and contract and well cost approvals.
5. Conduct presentations and meetings with other parties on tender planning and approvals.
6. Manage drilling operations by providing operational and on site technical decisions.
General Qualification:
1. Education: an engineering bachelor degree with preference given to a candidate with either a mechanical, petroleum or chemical engineering background.
2. Experience: Minimum 15-20 years of oil and gas industry experience with the last 3 years spent in senior managerial position overseeing offshore/onshore drilling operations.
3. English Language Proficiency: Good command of English communication skills in all aspect of verbal, writing as well as presentation skills.
4. Strong managerial and leadership skills are a prerequisite.
5. Computer Literacy: Familiar with MS Office applications and proficient of using e-mails as daily communication.
6. Other Qualifications: Understand a general guideline for drilling operation and other drilling related regulations.
OIL & GAS LEGAL COUNSEL
Summary of Role:
Provide expert legal services and advice covering regulations, contracts and interpretations to one or more departments engaged in the oil and gas industry in Indonesia. The individual will be a recognized expert and have an in-depth understanding of oil and gas practice gained from fulfilling a similar role in an operating company in Indonesia.
Specific duties:
1. Work closely with officers and top management to advise them on changes in oil and gas laws and regulations, evaluate their impact to the company.
2. Have the ability to give immediate answers from accumulated knowledge and experience without the opportunity to research the law.
3. Prepare initial drafts of legal documents covering tenders, bid contracts and GSA s, as well as having the ability to examine and review all legal documents and contracts for legal proficiency.
4. Negotiate and prepare drafts documentation for various company transaction including bid rounds, acquisitions and divestitures.
5. Provide legal advice to several commercial sections of the company and in administrative matters relating to personnel, property leases and so forth.
Job requirements:
• Qualified practicing lawyer / attorney with a good working knowledge of legal skills developed through working in oil and gas industry in Indonesia.
• Have a thorough understanding of the regulations and laws covering Production Sharing Contracts, as well as Manpower.
• Minimum eight (8) - twelve (12) years.
• Have advocate certification.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Computer literate is a must.
