Located within the Central Engineering Department, you will report directly to the Site E/I Manager. You will be responsible for supporting site wide Instrumentation and Process Control activities. You will assist in the management and development of all E/I Technicians.
Your key tasks will include:
Developing a team comprising of E/I Technicians and Shift E/I Craftsmen.
Adhering to Health & Safety guidelines
Maintenance and development of all Process Control & Instrumentation including:-

Adhering to Health & Safety guidelines
Maintenance and development of all Process Control & Instrumentation including:-
DCS, QCS and Instrumentation.
PLC systems
Reintroduce predictive and preventative asset care regime
Setting site standards in line with current legislation and industry best practice.
• Training and development of all Site E/I Technicians specifically identifying and removing skills gaps, technical and safety.
• Achieving overall business objectives
• Project work
Candidates should be educated to HND level or above in Instrumentation & Process Control, having the technical ability to demonstrate a broad understanding of all engineering practices. Candidates should also ideally have prior Supervisory Management experience and knowledge of a manufacturing process.
