The Drilling Engineering position is located in SEA, primary responsibility for planning and operations input for drilling development wells offshore in the Gulf of Thailand. Other duties will include contract Management, performance tracking, writing SOP's, offshore visits, and onshore Drilling Superintendent relief. This position will work with the asset team to develop drilling programs, AFEs, and fit-for-purpose well designs, in operations phase will provide engineering input, liaison with asset, and will assist the Superintendent in day to day execution activities, and support HSE in all aspects. Qualifications:-
Proven ability to design and plan all aspects of offshore oil and gas wells. Drilling operations knowledge.

Knowledge of managing 3rd party vendor companies to contractual, HES and performance standards
Understands principles of HES and safety management systems, safety in design, risk assessment, mitigation, Management of Change.
Leadership and people skills, cross - discipline teamwork, establishes relationships and organize work groups. Outgoing personality. Ethical behaviors.
Excited about being part of a world class drilling organization. Understands performance driven cultures.
Good and clear communication skills.
Project management skills - able to organize, track and complete projects despite obstacles.
Well control certified.
