Job Vacancy Drill and Blast Engineer/Superintendent

Progressive is pleased to announce that we are currently working with a leading global mining company who own and operate high quality mine sites in Australia and around the world. We are currently recruiting for an experienced drill and blast engineer to work on an Open Cut Iron operation.

You will be responsible for:
• Drill and Blast planning and design
• Technical support to drill and blast operations
• mentoring junior & graduate engineers
• Short, medium and long term planning
• Project work as required

To be considered for this position you will require:
• Tertiary qualifications in mining engineering
• 3-5 years experience
• Experience of software such as Surpac or Vulcan
• Excellent Communication skills
