Job Vacancy Tender / Bid Manager - Subsea Oil & Gas - Perth CBD based

Working closely with this subsea leader, Progressive is looking for a new tender manager or bid manager to head up the Perth office and assist the executive level management to secure long-term business across Australia.

This company is on the up and up, now manning their future facility; this company is investing heavily in the Perth oil & gas industry. Securing project will be the main focus of this company at the present time and into 2011, focusing on both smaller projects ($5 million - $50 million) and of course the whopping great big projects ($100 million - $400 million).

You will have excellent experience in managing a team of contract engineers; have experience in building tender proposals along side technical engineering staff as well as commercial management.

Requirements;
- Subsea Equipment installation experience (preferred but not necessary) - if you come from a subsea construction background or large equipment supply background that is fine.
- Mechanical Engineering or Subsea Engineering experience
- Tender and proposal generation experience
- Some knowledge of Estimating would be a bonus
- Commercial negotiation experience
- Bid and team management experience
