PROJECT COORDINATOR ASSISTANT
Qualification :
1.Male / Female
2.Min. Diploma Degree (D3)
3.Having experience min 1 year in handling Tender especially in Oil & Gas (must)
4.Able to work independently or as a part of team
5.Self motivated, quick response, ability to set priorities, handle heavy workload and meet aggressive deadlines
6.Have good attitude and manner
7.Effective communication and good command in English (verbal and written)

1. Assist the Project Coordinator for the overall Tender since registration until completion
2. Coordinate with Balikpapan team for Tender and Project Status
3. Make the report for schedule tender and tender progress
4. Other administrative job to assist the Project Coordinator
