SENIOR STRUCTURE ENGINEER
For the offshore activities:

* Conceptual and Basic Engineering
* FEED Design
* Detailed Engineering Design
* Topsides and jacket design
* Modification to the existing platforms
* Sea fastening and tie down
* Installation Engineering


Wherever necessary, the Structural Department is also able to provide further resources and the following capabilities through association with specialist local and international firms which will be integrated into our project team:

* Barge Motion Analysis
* Blast/Explosion Analysis
* Decommissioning Study
* Architectural Design

Softwares
* STAAD PRO
* SACS
* GRLWEAP
* BOCAD
* AutoCAD



SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER

* Perform Conceptual Studies
* Perform FEED (Front End Engineering Design)
* Perform Detailed Process Design
* Projects include Green Field (new facilities) and Brown Field (modification to existing facilities)
* Perform flare and blowdown studies
* Perform acoustic induced vibration (AIV) studies
* Perform pipeline flow assurance studies
* Perform process calculations such as:
o Vessel sizing
o Pump sizing
o Process line sizing
o Pressure relief valve sizing
o Restriction orifice sizing
o Settle-out calculations
* Develop process and pipeline simulations
* Develop process flow diagrams (PFDS)
* Develop piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDS)
* Develop equipment and instrument data sheets
* Develop alarm and shutdown matrices
* Develop safe charts
* Develop start-up and operating manual
* Produce technical reports

Software
* HYSYS for process simulation
* Pipesim with olga correlations for hydraulic study
* Fred program for radiation and dispersion studies
* Flarenet for flare hydraulic studies
