TEAM LEADER LOGISTICS / HEAD OF LOGISTICS
(To Support Drilling Development)
ROLES:
Responsible and accountable for the effective execution of the Logistics function including planning, resourcing and prioritization to ensure successful balancing of demands across different "customers" groups.within agreed budget parameters and other relevant internal & external company policies and standard.
RESPONSIBILITY:
• Responsible for overall safety aspect of shorebase operations.
• Shorebase Operations: Overall plan and management to support Drilling and Offshore operations and ensuring that all Company s equipment stored, managed and recorded in the SAP system.
• Develop and manage the Logistics EHS plan and align with Emergency Response Plan.
• Understand needs of different functional and stakeholders ensure that these are reflected in plans, and manage their overall expectations of the function and its services.
• Determine resources required to meet planned functional activities and ensure resource availability & capability.
• Collaborate with other functional colleagues, both inside and outside SCM Logistics to ensure business processes are appropriately integrated and aligned.
• Develop and manage overall Logistics budget include, Vessels, Shorebase, Fuel and Land Transportation.
• Accountable for materials control – Management of this part of supply chain and control of the inventory through maintenance of accurate stock and transaction records, ensuring that whole process meets legislation, regulations and quality standard.
• Accountable for shorebase operations – receipt,. Inspection & issue of material; safe storage and handling, packing and containerization; disposal of waste in compliance with all relevant legislation.
• Responsible and accountable for planning, chartering and managing of vessel logistics. Provision of anchor handling supply vessel and crew boat. Compliance with Indonesia and International regulation.
• Ensure agreed functional plans & services are successfully delivered at the lowest cost consistent with quality.
• Masterlist, Importation, Re-exportation of all equipment imported under Company’s Master List facilities.
• Explosives: Permit, Storage and Transport.
• Inventory / SAP;
- Drilling
- Manage Drilling Inventory
- Make adjustment as necessary
- To review all shorebase and vessel invoices
• Liaison & Co-ordination: BPMigas, Migas, Port Authority, Port Administrator, Pertamina Surabaya, Police, NAVY, SAR, Department of SEACOM and other PSC s.
• Make sure that all activities within Logistics Operations including Shorebase, Importation, Permitting, are in absolute compliance to Company s and Government Rules & Regulation.
REQUIREMENT:
• Bachelor degree Engineering.
• Min 10 years of experience in Upstream Oil and gas business.
