Sr. Static Equipment Engineer
(LNG Plant)
Basic Job Requirements:
- Oversee static equipment design to support achievement of project targets on time, on budget, and with high quality & safety; and responsible for system s technical reliability and its integration in the overall facility
- Static Equipment Design
- Verify and evaluate FEED Contractors static equipment design; size and loading data
- Verify and evaluate FEED Contractors static equipment layout in module
- Local content assessment for static equipment
- Ensure that final design for static equipment is in line with Company s specifications along with project documentation
- Identity scope and develop specifications for EPC phase based on approved final design for static equipment
- Evaluate FEED deliverables of Multi FEED for static equipment
- Monitor and control progress of Multi FEED for static equipment
- Assess local content for structure
- Technical Insurance and Integrity
- Review design calculations, drawings and simulation models in order to verify accuracy of deliverables for static equipment design
- Contractor Management
- Ensure that FEED Contractors provide proper progress reporting and complete documentation for static equipment design
- Planning, Cost and Risk Management
- Provide and regularly update work plan; schedule and milestones; cost estimates for static equipment design to Sr. Mechanical Engineer
- Inform possible delays and budget overruns to Sr. Mechanical Engineer and recommend appropriate solutions; ensure that Contractors implements solutions approved by Sr. Mechanical Engineer
- Development and Leadership
- Ensure behaviors, performance, and resourcing of own team support Masela s goals, company policy, and standards
- Participate in business planning, budgeting, systems integration, peer reviews, and other initiatives as required
- Encourage continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Any other activities as requested to support Company s success

Specific Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years experience in Oil and Gas facility engineering/design/construction, including at least 5 years in FEED and EPC of LNG plant and/or offshore facilities including FPSO
- Experience in FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction/installation in onshore and offshore facilities including LNG plant and/or FPSO
- Experienced in design verification and assessment for static equipment , especially reactor, column, vessel and heat exchanger in oil and gas processing facilities especially cryogenic plant including LNG plant
- Experienced in development and review of technical specifications, drawings, data reports, and other documentation such as technical requisitions
- Experienced in preparation for technical bid packages and evaluation of technical bids
- Knowledge of industry standards and codes (quality, safety and others) applicable to LNG plant and/or FPSO
- Familiar with project safety management
- Having the flexible mind and sparing no pains to implement the Services

Warehouse Supervisor
Job Description:
• Coordinating day to day warehouse operations which include material receiving, storing and issuing.
• To manage warehouse activities, staffs and operators during all phase of materials handling from receiving, moving, storing, issuing and recording of warehouse materials, taking care and maintain of warehouse and compliance with company safety policy and standards.
• Coordinate and control on expediting and dispatching for materials shipped offshore and onshore for appropriate materials movements tracking and documentation.
Job Requirements:
• Has 9 years experience in Oil and Gas material management.
• Understanding PTK 007 - SCM regulation.
• Had experience to operate SAP for Inventory, Warehouse & Distribution system module.
